Peace in this present moment.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in and then gently exhale.

Let your heart grow still before God.

Heavenly Father,

In the middle of my busy day,

I pause to rest in your presence.

You are here,

Steady,

Constant,

And full of love.

Even when my thoughts race and my heart feels heavy,

Your peace remains like a quiet river flowing through my soul.

Lord,

Teach me to release what I cannot control,

To hand over the worries,

The noise,

And the striving,

And to simply be with you.

Help me to find comfort in your nearness,

Trusting that you hold every detail of my life in your hands.

When doubts rise,

Remind me of your faithfulness.

When I feel weary,

Fill me again with your strength.

Let your Spirit breathe peace into my mind and restore my hope where it has grown dim.

Thank you,

Father,

For being my refuge and my calm.

Today I choose to rest in your promises,

To walk in your grace,

And to carry this quiet peace wherever I go.

Take one more deep breath.

Feel God's presence wrapping gently around you.

You are safe.

You are loved.

You are never alone.
