Heavenly Father,
I come before you today with an open heart,
Bringing every fear,
Every worry,
Every anxious thought into your presence.
You see it all,
The things I speak out loud and the things I quietly carry.
Nothing is hidden from you,
Lord,
And that alone brings me comfort.
Right now,
I choose to be still before you.
I take a deep breath and I release the tension I've been holding.
I let go of the tight grip fear has had on my mind and my body,
And I invite your peace to take its place.
Father,
Your word tells me that you have not given me a spirit of fear,
But of power,
Of love,
And of a sound mind.
So today,
I reject the fear that has tried to take root in me.
I refuse to let it control my thoughts,
My decisions,
Or my future.
Instead,
I receive your truth.
When fear tells me I'm not strong enough,
Remind me that you are my strength.
When fear tells me to shrink back,
Remind me that you go before me.
When fear whispers worst-case scenarios,
Remind me that you are already in my tomorrow.
Lord,
I know that fear often feels real,
But I also know that you are greater than anything I face.
You are bigger than my uncertainty,
Stronger than my doubts,
And more powerful than anything that tries to shake me.
Help me to trust you more deeply.
Teach me to walk by faith,
Not by sight.
Even when I don't understand what's ahead,
Help me to keep moving forward with confidence,
Not in myself,
But in you.
Jesus,
Thank you for being my peace.
In moments when my heart races or my thoughts spiral,
Remind me to turn back to you.
Help me to pause,
To breathe,
And to remember that I am not alone.
You are with me in every moment,
Guiding me,
Strengthening me.
Holding me steady.
I surrender my fears to you now.
The fear of the unknown.
The fear of failure.
The fear of loss.
The fear of not being enough.
I lay them all at your feet.
Replace them,
Lord,
With courage.
Fill me with a quiet confidence that comes from knowing who you are.
Give me the boldness to step into the life you have for me,
Even when it feels uncomfortable or uncertain.
Help me to remember that courage doesn't mean I feel no fear.
It means I trust you in the middle of it.
Father,
Anchor my heart in your promises.
When I feel overwhelmed,
Remind me that you are my refuge.
When I feel weak,
Remind me that your power is made perfect in my weakness.
And when I feel afraid,
Remind me that you are holding me securely in your hands.
I choose to believe that you are working all things from my good,
Even the things that scare me,
Even the situations I don't understand.
You are still in control.
You are still good.
You are holy.
And you are still leading me exactly as I am.
Exactly where I need to go.
So today,
I take a step forward.
Not because everything feels easy.
And not because all my fears are gone.
But because I trust you.
I trust your timing.
I trust your plan.
I trust your heart for me.
Let your peace guard my mind and settle my spirit.
Let it quiet every anxious thought and bring rest to my soul.
And as I go through my day,
Remind me again and again,
I am safe in you.
I am guided by you.
I am never alone.
Thank you,
Lord,
That fear does not have the final say.
You do.
And your voice speaks peace,
Hope,
And life over me.
And I receive that now.
In Jesus' name we pray.
Amen.
