Welcome to today's morning prayer meditation.

A calm and centered start.

So let's take a deep breath in,

Hold,

And then slowly exhale.

Let yourself arrive in this new day,

Fully present in this moment.

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for the gift of a new day.

As the sun rises,

So do I.

Grateful,

Grounded,

And held in your love.

Let your peace settle over my heart.

Quiet the noise of yesterday,

And clear the worries of tomorrow.

This moment is yours,

Lord,

And so am I.

Take another deep breath in,

And now out.

Today,

Guide my thoughts to be kind,

My words to bring healing,

And my actions to reflect your grace.

Help me walk with purpose,

To trust you more deeply,

And to shine your light in every place I go.

Even if the day brings challenge,

Remind me I am never alone.

You go before me,

You are with me,

And your love surrounds me.

God,

Help me to be still when I need peace,

Bold when I need courage,

And gentle always with myself and with others.

Thank you for being the anchor of my soul.

In every breath I find you,

And in every moment I trust you.

In Jesus' name we pray,

Amen.

You
