There's a delicate balance between what's going on inside of you and how that energy connects to the world around you.

When things aren't quite flowing,

When it feels like life isn't cooperating,

Chances are something inside you needs adjustment.

Today we're going to look at four signs that might be showing you're a little off course when it comes to aligning with your manifestation goals.

Spotting these signs is the first huge step to shifting things back into place.

We're also going to give you clear,

Simple steps you can start using right away to get back in flow and stay connected to your vision.

By making these shifts and building awareness,

You'll find the path begins to clear and your goals start moving toward you instead of staying just out of reach.

One of the first things you'll notice when you're out of alignment is how you feel on an emotional level.

If you find yourself swinging between hope and discouragement,

If one moment you feel excited and confident,

And the next you're filled with anxiety,

Frustration or doubt,

Our emotions are powerful indicators.

They tell us whether we're moving toward our desires or away from them.

The mind architect has a beautiful way of explaining this.

He says life will present you with people and circumstances to reveal where you are not free.

Those feelings of stress or overwhelm you're having,

They serve a purpose.

They are nudges trying to show you where you might not be in full alignment with your desires.

If your emotions are like stormy weather,

It might be time to check in and see what belief or pattern is causing the turbulence.

One reason this happens is that many of us are still tied to our past,

Emotionally.

Think of it this way.

Your mind is sending signals based on what you're feeling.

If you're emotionally rooted in fear,

Anxiety or even lack,

Those mixed signals can muddy the waters,

Making it tough to bring your desires into physical reality.

In other words,

If you're feeling chaos internally,

You'll create chaos externally.

Let me give you a great example from someone you know well.

Oprah.

For a long time she was constantly battling against her career,

Trying to will things into being through sheer force.

And the more she tried to control everything,

The more chaos she felt emotionally.

Only when she learned to detach from that need for control did she really begin to experience monumental shifts in her life and career.

It was about letting go of emotional turbulence and moving into flow.

But don't worry,

We're not leaving you with just the realisation that you're in emotional chaos.

You can start making changes immediately.

One of the simplest practices you can start today is emotional detox.

It's essentially a daily mindfulness practice that helps you get clear on what you're feeling.

Start every day with five quiet minutes.

Let yourself answer,

Without judgement,

What's truly going on in your heart and mind.

By acknowledging the emotions,

You begin softening them.

They no longer control you.

Another powerful method is shifting from judgement to curiosity.

Instead of saying to yourself,

I feel anxious,

What's wrong with me?

Your actions.

If you're doing things half-heartedly,

Avoiding certain tasks,

Or you've found yourself procrastinating a lot,

Here's the harsh truth.

You're out of alignment with your goals.

When you're in flow,

Your actions feel easy,

Inspired and motivated by true intention.

If you're constantly battling yourself to get things done,

Then it's your mind's way of saying,

Something's not right here.

True desire is always followed by action.

So if your actions aren't matching up with your aspirations,

It could be that deeper down,

You don't truly believe in what you're trying to create,

Or perhaps there's uncertainty about whether you deserve it.

Your brain forms habits that automate your daily routines.

Limiting habits are controlling your actions,

It's impossible to move towards new goals in a meaningful way.

One great real-life example of consistent,

Aligned action is Will Smith.

He talks about the importance of laying one brick at a time when pursuing something.

He doesn't worry about building the entire wall at once.

He lays the bricks perfectly,

Each day,

One by one.

That's alignment.

Just imagine if your daily actions were in harmony with your vision,

The rest would take care of itself.

So take a moment to reflect.

Are you laying your bricks or are you skipping a few steps and wondering why there's no wall?

Here's where you can make a real change.

Start by breaking your big goals down into smaller,

Manageable actions.

You don't need to become overwhelmed by the whole picture.

Every achievement is just a series of small tasks.

Taking one small step every single day generates momentum.

Think of it like elegance and simplicity.

If you do something small each day,

Before you know it,

You'll be much closer than you thought.

A method that many people swear by is called the Seinfeld strategy.

It's so simple.

All you do is complete one small action each day,

Let's call it laying that brick,

And then mark your calendar with a big X.

Your only job after that?

Don't break the chain.

That visual cue seeing day after day of consistent action keeps you grounded and in alignment.

But sometimes you need a little extra push.

This is why accountability can work wonders.

Whether through a close friend,

A mentor,

Or an online community,

Having someone celebrate those small wins with you makes the journey less isolating and more rewarding.

Mel Robbins has a technique you might love,

Her five-second rule.

If there's something you need to do,

Decide on it quickly,

Count down from five,

And when you reach one,

Move.

No deliberation,

Just action.

This reprograms your brain to take bold steps instead of hesitating.

In addition to taking consistent action,

I'd highly suggest starting your morning with visualisation.

By mentally rehearsing a perfect day,

The people you'll talk to,

The actions you'll take,

The things you'll complete,

You prepare your mind and body for success.

Spending even ten minutes doing this sets the tone for everything else.

Your brain starts to act as if it's already doing those things,

Which bridges the gap between thought and reality.

We've covered a lot so far,

Calming emotional turbulence and taking aligned action,

But here's something crucial.

Even if your emotions are calmer and you're taking actions that make sense,

If deep down you're still holding limiting beliefs,

You're going to sabotage yourself.

This is the third sign that you may be out of alignment with your manifestation goals.

You see,

On the outside you might be saying,

I want this,

Or I deserve that,

But if somewhere deep inside you don't really believe it's possible,

That silent sabotage will creep in.

Unconsciously you'll find ways to block things from happening,

Self-doubt,

Fear,

Or not following through because you don't think you're worth it.

Whatever the mind can conceive and believe,

It can achieve.

And the key isn't just the thinking part,

It's the believing part.

That belief comes from our unconscious mind,

Which sometimes holds onto scripts from early childhood.

We absorbed ideas of what's possible,

How much of it we're allowed,

And how worthy of it we feel.

Renowned mentor talks a lot about this,

Especially the beliefs formed around identity.

He says that our conditioning,

From our families,

Cultures,

And early environments,

Helps shape how we see ourselves and what we think is possible for us.

So if you're trying to manifest something,

But deep down you don't trust that it can happen,

Because of a hidden belief like I'm not worthy,

Or I have to struggle to succeed,

You're unknowingly stacking resistance against your desires.

Think about Jim Carrey.

He shared an amazing story about how,

When he was broke,

He used to drive up to the Hollywood hills and write himself checks for millions of dollars.

Why?

Because he was building his inner belief long before it became his reality.

He believed it so deeply,

The money manifested years later.

He saw it clearly,

And there was no room for doubt.

Now how do you spot this hidden resistance in yourself?

Well,

One of the best ways is to become aware of the stories you're telling yourself.

What's your inner dialogue like?

Watch yourself when you think things like,

That's too hard,

Or I can't do it.

Observe those thoughts without attaching to them.

Just notice.

You're not trying to wrestle them away or force positive thinking.

The goal is to simply get curious.

Getting curious about your inner beliefs is key to dissolving those blocks.

One powerful tool you can practice is called a future self-meditation.

This meditation allows you to step into the version of yourself that has already achieved your goals.

To feel what that experience is like in every cell of your body.

The more you practice this,

The more those beliefs sink in and take root,

Helping you feel aligned with what you're hoping to manifest.

Affirmations can also be incredibly helpful.

But there's a trick.

Don't just say them weakly.

You have to craft affirmations that reflect a strong,

Unshakable identity.

Instead of saying something soft like,

I'm trying to be successful,

You switch to powerful affirmations like,

I am a successful entrepreneur,

Or I am healthy and vibrant.

Feel the difference.

Claim it as truth,

Not a wish.

You can also work on loosening beliefs through a method from Byron Katie known as The Work.

This involves questioning each limiting belief and asking,

Is this really true?

Often we find that the things holding us back are simply stories we've been told or stories we've built ourselves.

But they aren't facts.

Limiting beliefs are powerful,

But like any belief,

They're not permanent.

The more you question them,

The weaker they become and the more space you create for the new truths to take root.

So far we've gone over how emotional turbulence,

Inconsistent actions and those sneaky limiting beliefs can push you out of alignment with your manifestation goals.

Now,

We move into the final piece that ties everything together.

This next sign might be the most overlooked,

Yet it plays a crucial role when it comes to manifestation.

It's the lack of synchronicity in your life.

Let me explain.

Synchronicity is the universe's way of letting you know that you're on the right track.

When everything is flowing,

When signs start appearing,

When unexpected opportunities seem to show up at just the right time,

That's synchronicity.

You're in alignment with your goals.

On the other hand,

If life feels like one giant uphill battle,

If it seems like no matter how hard you push,

Nothing is really clicking,

You might be missing that synchronicity.

That's a pretty clear signal that something inside is askew.

Synchronicities are cosmic confirmations.

It's as if the universe is giving you a little nudge,

Saying,

Yep,

You're where you're supposed to be.

But if you're stuck in a space where those little nudges are nowhere to be found,

You might be unknowingly creating resistance,

Which messes with the flow.

When you're in alignment,

Life doesn't have to be so hard.

Of course,

This doesn't mean life will always be easy,

But when you're in sync,

Doors open more naturally,

People come into your life at just the right moment,

And those coincidences that aren't really coincidences begin to occur more frequently.

Let me give you an example.

You might have heard of Steve Jobs incredible commencement speech at Stanford.

He talked about how,

At the time,

Being fired from Apple felt like the ultimate disaster.

But looking back,

He realised that it was part of the synchronicity that had to happen for him to move forward in his career,

His vision,

And ultimately for Apple to become even more successful.

It wasn't about getting stuck in trying to control the narrative.

Instead,

It was about trusting that life was aligning things in powerful,

Albeit unexpected ways.

When you're out of alignment,

You're constantly trying to force things to happen.

You might push,

Hustle,

Or stress over the smallest details,

Thinking that through sheer willpower alone,

You'll push your desires into existence.

But the truth is quite the opposite.

Sometimes it's about releasing control and allowing synchronicity to naturally emerge,

Letting go of that need to constantly make things happen,

Opens up the space for the universe to work its magic.

Now I know what you might be thinking,

But how do I reconnect with synchronicity?

How do I know if I'm missing the signs?

The great news is,

You have a lot of power here.

The first step is to practice surrender.

This isn't about giving up on your goals,

It's more about following the path life is laying out in front of you,

Instead of trying to force your way through every obstacle.

Eckhart Tolle,

Who you may recognise from The Power of Now,

Teaches this practice of non-attachment beautifully.

It's about not gripping so tightly to outcomes,

But instead letting life unfold in its own,

Intelligent way.

When you relax into trusting that things will work out,

You start creating the energetic space for those little signs,

Those miracles,

To show up.

Another powerful practice is to ask the universe for signs.

Sounds simple,

Right?

But it works.

For example,

You might say,

Show me a feather if I'm on the right path or send me a specific word or image that will let me know I'm aligned with my goals.

Keep your eyes and heart open and look out for those synchronicities.

This is the universe's way of giving you feedback.

It's also important to listen to your intuition.

Those gut feelings,

Those quiet nudges,

They are not random.

They are part of the synchronicities that guide you toward your manifestation.

Start making time for intuitive journaling.

In the morning or before bed,

Take a few moments to write out your thoughts and deeper feelings.

Ask yourself,

What are the signs I've noticed recently?

What's been coming up in my mind and in the world around me?

Reflecting on these can help you become more aware of the little nudges that may be happening all around you.

Synchronicity is always there for us,

When you release the urge to control every single step and instead let yourself be a co-creator with the universe,

Life begins to show up differently.

Things don't feel as forced.

It almost feels like you're being gently guided toward your goal without resistance pulling you off course.

We've covered so much ground today,

From calming your emotional storms to examining your daily actions,

Limiting beliefs,

And now recognising the power of synchronicity.

But before we wrap up,

I want to share something that has truly been the game-changer for me when I've felt out of alignment.

It's understanding this simple yet profound formula that ties everything together.

The formula I've learnt is desire plus non-resistance equals desired result.

Let's talk about what that means.

You already have desires,

You're already dreaming up the things you want out of life.

More money,

A fulfilling relationship,

A healthier body or maybe a clearer sense of your spiritual purpose.

The problem isn't the desire.

You've done that step without even trying.

But here's the tricky part.

Your work isn't to figure out how to achieve those desires through hustle,

Constant planning or trying to control every outcome.

Your work is to reduce the resistance between you and your desire.

If you didn't have resistance,

You'd either already have achieved your goals or you would be so confident that they're coming that it wouldn't even be a question of if,

But a matter of when.

So if your goals feel distant or blocked,

It's not because you're not dreaming big enough.

It's because there's resistance in the way.

Now this means your real focus moving forward is on reducing that resistance piece by piece.

And guess what?

That resistance is mainly made of your thoughts,

Your patterns of fear and self-doubt that have built up over years and those moments of uncertainty that stem from deeply held limiting beliefs.

You can think of yourself like a sculptor,

Shaping a masterpiece.

When a sculptor wants to create something extraordinary,

They don't take a bunch of clay and mash together a figure.

No,

They start with a block of raw material and remove everything that doesn't belong.

Your goal,

Your vision,

Is already there.

You just need to get rid of the extra layers,

The resistance that's covering it up.

Step by step,

You'll begin to remove what doesn't belong.

You'll clear the path and what you desire will begin moving towards you more effortlessly.

Desire plus non-resistance equals desired result.

It's that simple.

Making sure you're aligned with these key practices will help you match your energy to the energy of your dreams.

And when that happens,

The results are inevitable.

So where do you go from here?

Try focusing on just one or two of the tools we've talked about today.

Remember,

Growth happens one step at a time,

Just like manifesting your goals.

Pick the strategies that resonate with you the most and commit to practising them each day,

Even if it's just for a few minutes.

Maybe it's the emotional detox we talked about,
