In this deeply soothing guided meditation, I'll lead you into complete rest as gentle waves and warm, heart-opening music carry you into stillness. Imagine floating in a boundless ocean of pure, healing love — held, safe, and free to release anything you no longer need. With each wave, tension softens; with each breath, your heart opens a little more.

The meditation is set to an original ocean soundscape I produced for my live Reiki and sound healing sessions, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day, deepening your own energy work, or drifting off to sleep.

Find a comfortable position, use headphones or soft speakers if you can, and let the ocean hold you.

This is the Ocean of Holy Love Experience. Close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths. Letting go of anything that's occupying your mind outside of this moment It's a beautiful day. Warm and sunny You're walking down a path in a beautiful forest. As you breathe into yourself You breathe in the life energy, The very essence of the forest. And with each step that you take You feel the energy of the earth flowing up through the bottoms of your feet Take a moment. Think of what that's feeling like. Is it warm? Is it light? Is it pulsing or flowing? Is it stopping at any particular part of your body or mind? Trust. And let go. And come back to your breath. As you continue to walk along, You notice up ahead it's getting lighter. You feel the sun dance on your forehead You're coming to the edge of the forest. As you walk out of the forest, You notice the path is getting sandy. You begin to hear the sound of the ocean. Walking out onto the beach. The ocean is before you. It's a wonderful day. And slowly, We begin to walk along the beach. As you walk along. Even this alive has been washed up on the beach, Creating a nice place to sit. Go ahead and set me up against the wall. And relax, For this is no ordinary ocean. It is the ocean of holy love. Listen to the sound of your breathing. Imagine it is the sound of the waves washing up onto the beach and flowing back into the ocean. The ocean of holy love is guiding you now. Follow the guidance. You may continue with your experience as long as you feel guided to do so. And when you are ready. Take a couple of deep breaths. Slowly bring your awareness back to your body. Look on your toes, Your fingers. Bringing our awareness to the back of your eyes and slowly Open your eyes. I'm coming. Take a moment. Notice how you're feeling. Set with this new energy. Enjoy.
