So I just invite you to drop into this present moment for this higher self meditation.
And just allowing all the particles and cells of your body to settle and soothe and drop.
Into this present moment.
Allow the weight of your body to fall into the chair.
Give yourself permission to move and adjust your body to make yourself just that little bit more comfortable and relaxed.
Allowing your belly,
Ribs,
Chest to become free and expansive inviting breath to move in through the nose,
Down through the throat,
The chest,
Past the ribs,
Belly,
Bottom of the lungs.
Through the throat,
The chest,
Past the ribs,
Belly,
Bottom of the lungs.
And out again through the nose or the mouth.
Becoming aware of your full physical body.
From the strands of hair on the top of your head.
All the way down every particle of your body.
Front and back of your face,
Your skull.
Across the top of the shoulders,
Down to the tips of the fingers.
Palms of the hands.
Inner arms,
Underarm,
Side of the body,
Ribs.
Front of the body.
Chest bone.
Diaphragm.
Belly.
Back of the body,
Down the spine,
Back of the shoulders,
Ribs.
Pelvis,
Hips.
Noticing your glutes on the chair,
Thighs moving down towards your knees.
Breathing slowly,
Noticing your position,
Lower legs,
Shins,
Calves,
Ankles.
Top of the feet,
Soles of the feet,
Heels,
Toes,
Tippy toes becoming aware of where your body is making contact with the chair.
The pose.
Or where your skin is free and just touched by the air.
Taking this part of you that able to observe your body.
As part of you that's able to direct your attention.
The part of you that's able to be in touch with your five senses all at the same time.
Part of you that feels peace and longing for calmness.
I'd like to invite you to imagine moving your awareness up out of your physical body.
Bring that observing,
Noticing capacity you have.
Send your awareness up on top of your body up towards the ceiling of the roof looking down on your physical body keep going through the roof up towards the beautiful blue sky.
Rise or float above your physical body up into the blue sky.
Heading towards the warmth of the sun.
Feeling the wind,
The breeze,
The sky around you.
Floating up until you reach the softest layer of white clouds.
Just rest your awareness on the fluffy white clouds above you.
And noticing all of the space between your awareness in the clouds and your physical body left down here on earth.
In this room touching the ground.
Just leave your awareness of your physical body for now.
Just enjoy the peace of being amongst the clouds.
And notice how you see yourself here.
Perhaps you're just an invisible particle.
A watercolor or simple vision of yourself.
Perhaps you're an angel,
Or colours,
Or light.
No right or wrong.
Just enjoying that peaceful awareness.
Up in the clouds where there are no thoughts.
No stress nothing to do.
No mask to wear.
No one who needs you.
No sense of time.
Or space.
Or season.
Or rushing.
And up in this cloud space.
This sacred cave you're creating in your mind.
You may like to bring in anything that you like here.
As long as it's 100% your choice.
And it might be a gentle.

Or a candle or a tea.
Blanket,
An old photo.
Anything you need that would make your cloud cave more comfortable,
More special,
More safe,
More peaceful.
Nothing or no one can come into this space without your 100% joy and willingness and excitement to bring that party in.
And if it feels right for you,
You can build a wall of cloud around you.
Or a locked door.
A roof.
A ceiling.
A white light around your space.
Or just let your area become expansive and free and open.
Whatever you would like this place to be.
This cloud cave is the center of your kindness.
Passion.
Curiosity openness.
Loving kindness.
Peace.
Space.
Grace.
Wisdom.
Trust.
Thanks.
No bad thoughts.
Or fears.
Or criticism.
Or urges.
Or rushing or doing.
Happens up here.
So from this beautiful calming space you've found within you Now I'd like you to peep down through the clouds.
Down,
Back through the sky,
Back through the roof.
And notice your physical body that sits here in this human plane.
On this earth.
And I'd like you to see your life.
In your normal routine.
Going about your normal life.
From the morning.
To the known,
To the evening.
Monday to Friday Saturday to Sunday.
Summer,
Autumn,
To winter,
To spring.
January to December.
Just noticing your life,
Your routine,
Who you're with,
What you do,
How you are noticing without judgment and not getting caught up in the stress or the stories.
As you observe your physical body up from that place in the clouds.
Where only peace and calmness happens.
Just noticing the space between these two parts of you.
And perhaps how the energy feels different when you're focusing down on your human life.
Compared to when you're up in the clouds safe and protected and peaceful.
Now from this cloud cave higher up,
I'd just like you to send down to your physical body,
Love and kindness and compassion.
Send your physical body in this busy life.
Peace.
Encouragement,
Safety,
Trust and wisdom.
Send it down with your breath,
Your intention.
Almost like shining a beautiful white or colored light all the way down.
Sending your physical body love.
Kindness,
Compassion,
Wisdom.
Trust.
Reassurance.
Now you charge your pen.
No need to change anything just sending your physical body loving kindness.
Pace.
Grace.
Energy.
And anything else your physical body needs.
We're going to leave the visualization of your physical life in a moment.
But before you go from that higher observing wise part of you from up in the clouds Ask your physical body,
Is there anything you need while I leave you here?
Is there anything I could send you or give you or say to you or remind you of that would make your day a little bit easier?
Before I stay in the clouds and leave my awareness of you in your physical life.
Just going ahead and providing that.
Without question.
Making sure your physical body and your daily life has everything that it needs for us to leave it there in this practice.
And then when you're ready returning your awareness up to your cloud visualization,
Taking another moment to enjoy the peace and serenity.
I want you to know you can come back to this place at any time you choose.
And to help you do that,
Just look around and try and take in where you are in as much detail as you can.
Almost as if you are taking visual pictures of this beautiful cloud cave you've created.
Notice what you've brought in or perhaps it's just pure clouds.
Look around 360 degrees.
Take a final deep breath.
And travel down from the place in the clouds all the way down through the sky away from the sun and then coming back to your physical body in this moment.
Merging your higher observing kind self back down with your human body.
Here in this moment in this chair reuniting Bringing that peaceful energy down here into your physical mind,
Heart,
Belly,
Body.
Integrating the two,
Keeping each other safe.
Taking a few final rounds of slow,
Gentle breaths.
And then bringing yourself back to full presence when you're ready.
Reminding yourself of where you are in the room.
In this moment.
On this day.
Gently opening your eyes and coming back to full presence.
When you're ready.
