Welcome to this perfect day visualization meditation.
Today I will be guiding you through a visualization in which you get to fully live and experience your perfect day.
It can either be a perfect day in your life right now or it can be the perfect day which you are working towards.
The type of life and the type of day you are wanting to create and manifest.
There is a lot of power in visualization and making this a regular practice.
Not only does it help you to get clearer on what it is that you want to create in your life,
But it also helps you bring it to fruition.
When we are clear on our goals it gives us a clearer sense of direction.
Additionally beautiful synchronicities also begin to appear that help us fulfill these goals and dreams.
The most important thing when it comes to visualization is our feelings.
We are used to being in our heads,
Thinking rationally and critically,
Going through the pros and cons of what we want,
That we forget to feel into what it is that we want.
We also often doubt if what we want is possible.
During this meditation I invite you to set aside your doubts and simply focus on the playfulness and curiosity that comes with imagination and visualization.
As you go through this practice I invite you to really feel into the perfect day that you wish to create in your life.
Do your best to visualize this day as if it was really happening at this moment in time.
Listen to the guidance that I give you and let your imagination do the rest.
After each cue that I present I will leave you for a minute to visualize.
Everyone's perfect day will look different so I will be more general rather than specific in my wording.
This is your time to fully tap into what you want to create.
Make sure you're feeling comfortable whether that is sitting or lying down.
If you haven't already you can go ahead and close your eyes.
Take a deep slow breath in and breathe out.
Another deep breath in and breathe out.
Imagine that it is morning and you are laying comfortably in your bed.
You are slowly waking up feeling fully rested and refreshed,
Ready to begin your perfect day.
You slowly open your eyes and with a smile on your face you look around.
What do you see?
Where are you?
What does the space look like?
Is anyone else there with you?
Fully take in the space in which you are waking up.
What does it feel like?
Take a minute to visualize this.
Now that you are awake it's time to go through your morning routine.
Is there an activity you want to do first thing in the morning like meditation or exercise?
Make some breakfast or coffee?
Is there someone joining you during this morning routine?
Visualize yourself going through your ideal morning routine as if it was happening right now.
Take a minute to really really see this and feel this.
Now that you finished your morning routine you're ready to start the day.
As you imagine yourself getting dressed and getting ready for the day,
Think to yourself what will the first half of your day look like?
Think about where will you go?
What will you do?
Whom might you interact with?
Are you going to your dream job and going into meetings or are you staying at home and having the most wonderful time reading,
Writing or playing with your children?
Are you traveling the world and are you about to go and explore a new city?
What does the perfect first half of your day look like?
Allow yourself to fully feel into this experience and don't censor yourself.
This is your imagination and anything is possible.
As you are going through the first half of your day,
Think if there is anything else that you would like to include.
It is now the middle of the day.
You've had a wonderful day so far.
How do you feel?
As the second half of the day is approaching,
Think about how you want to spend it.
What does the second half of the day look like?
Is it similar to the first half of the day or is it completely different?
Do you have a break,
A lunch,
A little walk in the middle of the day?
Imagine the second half of your perfect day.
The places you will be at,
The conversations you will have,
The projects you will work on or the activities you will partake in.
Fully live and experience this second half of your day.
As the sun begins to set and the day is coming to an end,
Think about what your evening will look like.
Do you have an evening routine or any evening plans?
Are you cozy at home or out at an event or dinner?
Who is with you?
What does your evening feel like,
Look like,
Smell like?
Imagine your evening and all things you will be doing before you go to bed.
Your day is coming to a close.
You feel ready to get some rest after having such a wonderful and fulfilling day.
Imagine yourself laying down in your bed with a smile on your face reflecting on the perfect day you've just had.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Feel thankful for the day you've just had.
Take another big breath in and breathe out.
Take this feeling with you wherever you go.
Your perfect day is waiting for you.
Whenever you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
