Meditation Timer OnlineFrankie Culpin is an experienced yoga teacher based in Edinburgh, guiding students since 2016 through practices that support deep rest, reconnection and nervous system balance. Her work is rooted in Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation practice often described as “yogic sleep”—inviting you into a state between waking and sleeping where the body can fully relax and the mind can soften. Her recordings offer a gentle, steady pace, helping you unwind tension, restore energy and reconnect with a quieter inner rhythm. Alongside Yoga Nidra, Frankie draws from Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, as well as a background in massage therapy and ongoing studies in somatics and embodied listening. This brings a grounded, therapeutic quality to her guidance, with an emphasis on feeling safe, supported and at ease. Frankie has taught across studios and wellness spaces including leading Edinburgh studios and gyms, while also building a close-knit local community through her own classes. Her intention is simple: to offer a space where you can pause, listen to your body, and return to yourself—again and again.
