Since the best sex happens when we are present in our body and tuning into its sensations, the goal of this meditation is to support you with moving from your beautiful mind to your wondrous body. My intention here is to support you to feel safe enough to stay in your body which will help you move towards more presence and sensitivity in your intimate life.

Hello lovely,

This is Fanna from Fanna in Morning Coaching and I'm so excited that you're joining this five minute pleasure activation meditation with me.

Since the best sex happens when we're present in the body,

The goal of this meditation is to support you with moving from your beautiful mind to your wondrous body.

You can do this meditation seated or lying down and if at any point your mind starts to wander just gently bring your attention back to your body.

There is absolutely no way you can do this meditation wrong.

Let's get started.

I would like to invite you to slow down,

To take a deep breath and lengthen the exhale behind the inhale and start by allowing your gaze to move in the space you're in.

Slowly taking in your surroundings almost as if you're seeing everything for the very first time and whenever you feel ready letting go the focus on the room and bringing it to yourself and see if you want to soften your gaze or even close down the eyes and gently bringing your attention to your breath and following your breath into your body.

Noticing how your body moves together with the flow of your breath with the rising and falling sensation of the breath and then moving your focus to the point where your body is making contact with the surface beneath you.

Maybe it's your back,

The base of your body or your feet.

Just noticing how the surface is supporting you,

Holding you,

Helping you to ground and gently moving the attention to the top of your head that we're going to get ready to scan the body to see what is alive within you without any judgments or expectations just taking a neutral inventory and starting with your head slowly moving to the chest and the upper belly scanning through your heart,

Your stomach and then moving down to your pelvis,

Your sexual center and finally to your feet and just checking in what are you noticing.

Maybe you can feel your heartbeat maybe you can get in touch with your stomach perhaps you're feeling hungry or full just noticing whatever is alive within you and slowly letting go the focus on the body scan and just see if there is a place on your body where you would like to rest your hands maybe you want to bring them over your chest or lower belly taking your time to see what would feel good today and whenever you're ready,

Tuning into this new point of contact what are you seeing?

Perhaps the warmth emanating from your hands the weight of your hands on your body maybe you can feel the fabric on your skin just getting curious and taking as much time as you want you can stay here for the rest of the meditation or if it feels good i would like to invite you to offer yourself some self-touch so to begin let's take in a deep deep breath slow us down even more and just checking in with yourself what kind of touch would feel nourishing right now?

Maybe a soft loving touch that caresses your face or a gentle squeeze of your thighs or forearms or perhaps a long stroke across your chest and belly taking your time and see if you can feel this touch as if your body is being touched for the very first time and also noticing how are you responding to that touch what is coming up for you just letting you know that any thought any emotion any experience that wants to flow together with your touch is so welcome here you can pause the recording here if you want more time or if this feels complete i would like to invite you to slowly come into stillness to rest and relax your whole body and i would like to invite you to celebrate yourself for completing this meditation and for offering this moment of pleasure and intimacy for yourself thank you so much for joining me it has been an honor to guide you
