You see cords coming out of your heart and gut,

These are filaments that look like smokey colored cables between you and the object to release.
Bring your awareness to your heart and to your belly.
And prepare to cut these energetic ties.
They feel uncomfortable and you're ready to let them go.
You know your worth.

You know the time has come to completely detach.
This is an act of self-care and energetic hygiene.
Imagine a luminous,
Divine light pouring its grace over both of you.
Divine radiant light is abundantly flowing down your body and down the other person or object as well.

As you witness the smoky cord dissipate,
