My guided meditations follow the technique of Effortless Meditation. There are no expectations on what to achieve from this, nor is there an expectations that you need to have no thoughts. Rather this is a chance for your mind to debug in the way it knows best, simply by letting your awareness rest on an anchor, when you happen to notice that your awareness has wandered off on thoughts, emotions, sensations, then you very gently and effortlessly bring it back to rest on your anchor once again. This session will ground you by taking you on a journey along a forest trail and a body scan to allow the tension from the day to melt away.
