I don't quite understand how or why, but that was amazing. The second i came out of meditation and opened my eyes, the word "Wow!" came out of my mouth. I felt such a huge shift of energy. I'm grounded, focused, energized, relaxed, and confident. The words "I love you" (spoken to myself) kept playing through my mind at the end of this meditation. Thank you!
