You can see it expanding with your belly a little.
Contracting with the breath,

Expanding with your belly.
And attracting.

It's light.
This is a powerful place.
We don't want you to visualize a vague picture.
Small.
Concentrate.
To a point.
In this way,
You are activating your energy field.

Increasing the vibration.
Increasing the flow.
Of any stagnant energy.
