
21 Day Femme Embodiment Quest | Reclaim your Feminine Side
Welcome to the Femme Embodiment Quest — a 21-day journey to reconnect with your feminine essence through your body, not your mind. This is for strong, ambitious women who are tired of always doing, controlling, and holding it all together — and are ready to soften, feel, receive, and come alive again. Through daily 10–15 minute embodiment practices, you’ll step out of your head and back home into your body, your softness, your playfulness, your sensuality, and your feminine power. These practices are a blend of tantra, yoga, meditation, breathwork, dance, sound, and somatic awareness, guided in a grounded, modern, and accessible way.

Hi,
My name is Dika and welcome to the Femme Embodiment Quest.
For the next 21 days I'm going to be taking you on to a journey of truly discovering what your feminine power is all about and it's going to be a journey of coming back home,
Back home into your body,
Back home into your feminine essence and we're going to be doing that by practicing embodiment exercises.
So that means every day I'm going to be guiding you through an exercise of about 10 minutes where we're going to tap and connect to different qualities of the feminine but in a way that we're not just learning with our heads by me just explaining the theory or giving you more information so that you now logically understand it.
Even though that's interesting and there's definitely value in that,
When it comes to our feminine essence,
To our feminine power,
In the end that's not something that you can logically think yourself into.
The feminine lives in the body and so the way to get there is to basically feel yourself into that,
To gather that embodied experience,
To connect to a deeper sense of wisdom and the only way to get there is through embodiment exercises,
Through practices where you basically get out of your head and into your body and so that is what this quest is all about and I designed this quest specifically for the woman that is taught to be strong and independent and ambitious and successful and most likely you are.
You've been trained to analyze,
To think,
To organize,
To keep structure,
To keep showing up,
To commit and you are most likely holding up all the balls in different areas of your life,
Your work,
Your family,
Your friends,
Your relationship and even though most likely a lot of things are going really well in your life and in general if someone would ask you how are you,
You would say good I'm fine.
Also when you're really honest with yourself,
Deep down there's a part of you that's just exhausted,
A part of you that doesn't want to just keep showing up all the time for everyone and to keep carrying all of those responsibilities.
Deep down there's a part of you that just craves to soften,
To slow down,
To lean back,
To receive more,
To play more,
Basically almost feels like your light has been turned off and there might have been parts in your life where that light was there and now it sort of feels like someone turned the lights out and you're like not really sure if it's ever going to come back or how to get it back and so this quest is designed exactly for that,
For that woman,
For you to help you bring back that sense of aliveness,
To connect to a sense of playfulness but also to really connect to the feminine power of your emotions,
To let go of some of the stories that you might have around your emotions and actually see them as a true superpower.
It's also designed for you to really be able to just be guided and to let go and to soften so that you can sort of recharge and rejuvenate,
So that you learn how to basically nourish your nervous system.
Besides that we're going to be exploring and connecting to your sensuality,
Your sexiness,
Your spark and bring that back and learn to let go of some of the confusions or the shame layers or the feelings of maybe I'm too much and just be like okay from an embodied space where is my sexiness,
What is my expression of my pleasure,
What is my truth in that but allow yourself to basically come alive.
We're exploring also themes around love,
Around surrender,
Around your intuition and in the end we're going to bring it all together and discover what it is to be fully empowered as a woman,
Connecting to your body,
Connecting to the three feminine power centers and really from that space find a new version of you,
A more feminine embodied version of you,
A woman that leads from her feminine and that brings these qualities that the feminine stands for more into this world,
Into your own life,
Into your own body but also into your relationships,
Into your work and when we're talking these feminine leadership qualities I'm talking about this sense of aliveness,
This playfulness,
Your vulnerability,
Your ability to connect,
To love,
To feel,
Your ability to sense,
Your aliveness and sensuality,
Your ability to attract and manifest,
Your power of surrender and receptivity.
So all of these words,
All of these qualities we're going to be exploring through embodiment,
Through basically using the breath,
Movement,
Sometimes even combining that with elements of sound,
It combines elements of yoga,
Of meditation,
Of tantra and I bring in my own flavor of that because in the past years I've been diving fully into and training fully in the world of tantra,
Dance,
Massage,
Meditation and besides that I have a background in innovation management which is all about change,
Transformation and also bringing a sense of creativity and aliveness and newness back into things that got really really stuck and so I combine all of these worlds all together into this beautiful quest,
Into this challenge for you to discover the power that you carry as a woman and to hopefully really inspire you and invite you to turn the lights back on and to start bleeding and living and loving from this space of true feminine essence,
Of this sense of joy,
Love and aliveness.
Now practically how does this quest work is that every day I'm going to be uploading a new video of about 10 to 15 minutes in which I very briefly explain the word,
The theme that we're working with that day and then besides that I basically guide you through that exercise so that you can have the embodied experience around that subject,
Around that theme.
You don't need much to join the quest,
What I would recommend is having a yoga mat or a space or a carpet in which you can practice on,
Maybe having a little pillow close by for some of the exercises can be helpful.
Personally I love creating a beautiful feminine space that naturally already invites me into my feminine essence and makes it much easier but that's not a requirement but if you feel inspired then create a little nook or a corner in your house where you make it cozy and soft and comfortable for you to practice this embodiment quest.
Besides that I've created a free workbook that goes along with the quest in which you'll find some reflection questions in which you can basically keep up and keep track of your quest.
It also comes with a beautiful bingo cart so you can stay accountable for yourself and basically fill the bingo cart and make sure that you join all the days and basically fill it out completely and get to have and do all the exercises.
