We need our masculine side just as much as our feminine side to find that inner balance.
Plus,
If you want to be really able to relax into your feminine side,
You need that masculine support,
That safety,
That inner trust that's there.
And so by making your bed every morning,
You work on your commitment,
On your devotional aspect to support a beautiful feminine space.
Plus you're learning to keep a promise that you're making to yourself and that cultivates inner trust.
And by doing such a small action,
It sets you up during the day to do,
To keep the commitments,
To keep the promises that you're making to yourself also in bigger formats that you might face during the day.
And so basically in many different ways it actually supports your feminine morning routine.
So let's get started.
Also one little tip or one thing I really like to do to my bedroom is to make sure that it's a really beautiful space and so I love having a bunch of different cushions.
I often have different blankets and you can play around here over time to really beautify your space but that's something I highly recommend because it just makes me happier.
It makes my feminine feel more cozy and warm with the space that I'm living in.
It feels more nourishing,
More loving towards myself.
But for now,
The simple action is just making your bed.

Make sure to go to your bedroom if you're not already there.
Maybe you've already made your bed this morning,

There might be some beautifying that you can do.

There is no specific right way to do this,
But try your best.
To make it a little bit prettier than normal like remember if you're waking up in a hotel or you're in a hotel they make the bed in such beautiful ways and you're like how do they do that so try it out if you can also get there And make sure also to just be mindful while you're doing it.
