I want to briefly explain what these three feminine power centers are all about and where they are located in your body.
Now,
When you are in a female body,
That comes with a certain set of superpowers.
Now,
Many of us have not been taught this in school when it comes to differences really between men and women,
Between our biology,
Between our nature.
And so when it comes to your feminine nature,
It's good to understand that your body is wired in a certain way,
And that basically affects the way that you behave,
The way that you think,
The way that you feel.
It affects your energy levels,
Your emotional state.
And so it's really good to become aware of how is your body wired.
Now,
Besides that,
Of course,
Both men and women have both feminine and masculine energy and a sort of like inner masculine,
Inner feminine.
But it starts with you really connecting to your feminine nature so that you can start working with your instead of constantly fighting against it.
And when it comes to our feminine body,
We basically have three feminine power centers.
And actually the same goes for men.
They have three masculine power centers.
Now,
I won't dive into that right now because we're focusing on the feminine power centers.
And so these power centers,
They're basically located not only energetically in the body,
So in your energetic system,
But also the physical body represents that.
And that's what I personally personally find so fascinating because here is a concept that seemingly initially might be more energetic or spiritual.
It actually becomes super down to earth and grounded because it's located and shown actually in your physical body as well.
OK,
So the very first feminine power center is located in your lower belly.
It corresponds also with the second chakra.
You might be familiar with the chakra system or the chakra map and you might maybe not,
That doesn't really matter.
But basically the chakra system describes seven different energy wheels or energy vortexes in your body that have a certain theme and a certain life lesson that is part of the human experience.
And so specifically the second chakra or the first feminine power center that's located in the lower belly,
The life lesson or the theme that connects to this is that of emotional fluidity,
Of sensuality,
And so the element here is actually water.
The color that represents this feminine power center is orange.
And so when we really look into this from a more biological standpoint,
What's happening in our lower belly as women,
This is where we have our womb.
This is where basically we have our menstruation cycle,
Whether you are having your actual menstruation cycle or not.
Again,
That doesn't really matter.
But when you think about your menstruation cycle,
It's basically the cycle of creation.
It's the cycle of life because basically your menstruation cycle is there so that you can actually once a month potentially have the opportunity to be ovulating so you're fertile so there is this chance to create life.
Now whether you are physically creating babies or not or whether you have or whether you are not capable again that doesn't matter you still can connect to this power center but I'm just showing you or getting you to understand that it's not only an energetic experience.
Also,
The physical body shows that this is a feminine power center.
And now specifically,
When we as women would get pregnant,
Our belly basically starts growing.
And that's basically another representation of this outwards going energy,
Basically representing power.
So we give this gift as women to the world,
The gift of life.
And specifically when it comes to the cycle of life that also comes with death basically they are connected they're opposite sides of the same coin and it's actually from this sort of like tension field knowing that you are alive right now but also having to deal with the fact that you might die one day or that you will that's a given that creates a sort of attraction a sort of like life force creative energy and also this can be seen as emotions basically energy in motion.
Okay.
So that is the first feminine power center.
Second feminine power center is your heart.
And basically the heart stands for unconditional love.
It's this space from which we nurture and nourish.
So the life lesson here is really that unconditional love empathy and the color to the heart center is basically either green or pink and the element is And again,
How does the body also physically show that this is a feminine power center?
That can be seen or represented through the breasts that are basically coming out of the body.
Now,
It doesn't matter whether you have small breasts or big breasts.
You can always,
No matter what,
Connect to the power of your heart as a woman.
But basically that shows that the body also represents that this is a feminine power center.
Center.
And so what's really important here is to remember that when we are tapping into that power of unconditional love,
Of having the capacity to nurture and to nourish,
That's also in the end,
From a very evolutionary perspective,
What our breasts are designed for is to nourish a new baby.
But it's good to remember that it always starts with nourishing yourself first.
And from that space,
You almost become like an overflowing fountain of love.
And that naturally inspires others that are around or come in contact with you.
And so very often we tend to just give and give and give love,
But from an empty cup.
And that's not necessarily love.
So remember to nurture and nourish yourself always first.
Then lastly,
We come to the third feminine power center,
Which is your third eye.
So that's that space in between your eyebrows,
Just just above.
So it's just below the center of your forehead.
The third eye center,
The color here is sort of like deep dark indigo blue,
Like the night sky.
The element is ether here,
Which basically goes beyond to the sort of like physical world,
The physical elements.
And it's more of an etheric sort of feel to it.
And the life lesson or the theme or the power that we carry here is that of intuition,
This ability to know without like logically knowing or understanding things.
And now you might be wondering,
OK,
But How does the body actually represent that?
So you can't see that necessarily from the outside.
But what's good to know is that our brain as women has a pineal gland that tends to be bigger than it is in men.
And basically,
The pineal gland is a center for intuition in the brain.
Now,
Nature designed us in that way,
Because imagine if we give birth and we have a baby that can't necessarily logically communicate to us,
We need to have this capacity to know and to read and to understand and to sense what it needs and what's going on.
This also means that we basically have the actual capacity to sense and to pick up things in the environment that go beyond logical something that you can see or that you can grab or that you can touch.
And so it's really important to understand that as women,
Your brain is literally designed in such a way that you have a really,
Really powerful intuitive center.
Remember that when you're sensing something,
This is actually a real thing.
It's not something that you're making up,
Even though the world might ask you,
OK,
But why or what's the logic or explain or but I need to understand.
No,
Remember that actually you sometimes know things before the logics can link it to the reality or to what's really happening.
So really learning to trust your intuition is really essential.
OK,
So now that you understand a little bit more about what your three power centers are all about and where they're located in the body.
We're going to start with this meditation,
Which is basically actually going to support you in connecting to these themes and to these parts of your body.
And what it does is basically empower you and anchor you in these three feminine power centers.
And so the intention is that you really come sort of like home to yourself,
Home to your body,
That you can actually unwind and relax.
And at the same time,
Basically come of this meditation feeling empowered and anchored and more deeply connected to your feminine nature and to your body.
