Silas Dubelaar

Silas is a movement teacher, bodyworker, and somatic practitioner devoted to helping people develop a deep grounded presence. His work draws from over a dozen years of deep somatic explorations involving Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, movement practice, bodywork, and nervous-system-oriented somatic journeying. His approach is grounded in curiosity, sensitivity, and direct experience. Rather than trying to force relaxation or quiet the mind, his practices invite people to notice sensation, emotion, effort, and aliveness as they are happening then softening into deeper ease to find simple yet profound alignment. Silas believes that presence isn’t something we need to manufacture—it is what emerges when we are willing to feel what is already here. His meditations are simple invitations to slow down, listen inwardly, and discover what becomes possible when we meet ourselves with less force and more kind, easy attention. His meditations and teachings are less about escaping yourself and more about returning to yourself: grounded, awake, and at home.
