This is a guided meditation.
For you.
If you feel anxious.
And you don't know why.
If you feel fearful.
You don't understand what it's about.
Is surprisingly common.
And so let's begin.
And becoming conscious.
Of the breath that you have.
The ground see.
And so you might already be feeling listening to your breath.
You might already notice.
What part of your body are you breathing into?
Your chest.
No belly.
He might.
Hear the sound of the air passing through your nostrils or your mouth You might.
Feel a shift here or there.
In your posture.
Your body in the way that you're breathing,
In the parts of your body that you're breathing into most deeply.
You can just notice these shifts.
Notice where your muscles relax a little more.
Notice where your mind relaxes a little more.
Notice every time you allow any thoughts,
Any feelings,
Any sensations to flow like a river through you.
For this moment you have.
Nothing else to do,
Nowhere else to be.
No one else to be with.
Apart from yourself.
This is for you.
Continue this breathing slowly.
Slowly in.
And even more slowly out.
And settle your awareness into the sounds around you.
And sound of my voice.
Wrapping around you,
Supporting you.
Helping you to feel that you belong.
Your safe.
That's right,
You're supported.
Notice how nourishing How Deeply.
.
.
Supportive.
So deeply.
Relieving,
It is.
To really feel that you belong.
To really feel.
You're safe.
This is tapping into something.
Incredibly deep within you.
It's a platform for freedom.
It's a platform.
Playfulness.
For engaging.
And interacting.
With emotions,
With experiences that are otherwise challenging.
And to process them.
To change your relationship with them.
And to change the impact on your life.
To one of flourishing and growth.
And so right now you more than likely are feeling quite good,
Quite secure you may be aware that moments ago or hours ago,
Days ago,
Weeks ago.
And perhaps you're aware that it's possible in the future also.
You may have felt,
You may feel anxious.
Restless.
Jittery.
You can be aware of that experience.
From the opposition of safety,
Belonging,
Groundedness.
Peacefulness and relaxation.
As if it's someone else.
As if it's happened to or can happen to someone else.
Just observe.
Be aware.
It's a behavior,
Be aware of.
What you can see,
Hear and feel.
As you observe.
That anxiety.
The artifacts of that anxiety.
With that strong sense of belonging,
That strong sense of security.
That grounded peacefulness for you.
Are deep in your soul,
Deep in the core of your being.
Growing and growing.
Expanding Elevating.
Inflating Making you feel light and free.
You can't help but observe your anxious self with compassion,
With love.
And belonging.
Can't help but overflow with compassion.
Overflow with belongings.
That bridges that gap between you the observer and years.
The observed experiencer of anxiety.
Notice the shifts that occur.
As you overflow with belonging and compassion.
Overflow with love.
In the presence of your anxious self.
Notice it breaking through.
Notice that connection.
May be that you can see into your own eyes,
Into your own soul.
Maybe something unspeakable,
Something beyond words.
That lets you know that you have that deep connection of caring and self-love.
And what it is that's transformed.
Just a little bit or quite a lot.
Within.
That anxious self,
That anxious version of you.
Quite often when we bridge this gap.
When someone else is trying to hold everything together and they know that they're seen they're connected with.
There's someone there that really deeply has.
With whom they belong.
Something switches something opens up in them.
Just notice that opening.
Notice that release.
Notice that dissolving of one emotion to another.
And embrace.
A gesture that demonstrates that resonates.
Not caring,
Not belonging.
There's nowhere else and no one else you'd rather be.
Feel that integration between you.
Be surprised.
And enjoyed by the elements of that state and your state that are useful,
That are powerful,
That help you to thrive,
To grow and to flourish.
Let all of that settle down.
Let all of that find its place within you as one.
Hey.
The belonging.
You,
The previously anxious,
Who now belongs.
And breathe.
Breathe deeply down to the bottom of your lungs,
To the bottom.
Of your abdomen to the top of your lungs.
That's a nice guy and breathe deep down.
And that got her.
End.
And let go.
Just stay in this moment,
Remain in this moment now.
Experience it,
That the processing that the adjustments suggest.
And how do you feel now?
It's your experience now.
Sharing your experience.
In so many ways.
Giving it form and words and expression.
To consolidate something within you.
And within others.
Thank you so much for joining me.
It means a lot.
Feel free,
Feel welcome.
To join me in another meditation.
At any time.
You are always welcome.
Thank you.
