Aum I am. Me. Welcome beautiful soul. My name is Candice. It is an honor to co-create with you today. As we come together. To share a daily devotional ritual. Sacred space for you to ground into presence. To open your heart. To feel. The presence of your true essence. To connect deeply with your unique sovereign energy. To connect with your higher self and your spirit guides. And intentionally moving through your day. With this grounded presence. And this intention of embodying and expressing your true essence. To begin with, We will open a safe space. In your energetic field. Where only the highest and purest frequencies of divine love and light may be present. We set the intention to only connect with and work with spirits and energies of the highest and purest frequencies of divine love and light. With the purest of intentions of unconditional love. For your highest good and the highest good of all. So be it. So it is. Aho. And gently bringing your awareness to your breath. Feeling the presence of this life force energy. As it moves through your body. Constantly bringing your awareness. To the soles of your feet. As we begin to ground into Mother Earth. Sensing, Feeling or imagining. The energy in the soles of your feet. And with your awareness. Intentionally drawing that energy through the soles of your feet. As it grounds and anchors into the earth beneath you. Like energetic cords reaching down through the earth. Through the layers of soil. Reaching down deeper and deeper and deeper as it travels through the layers of the earth. All the way into the core. Of Mother Earth's heartbeat. Sensing and feeling the pulse of this heartbeat. Grounded. Steady. Calm. And beginning to draw this deeply nurturing energy. Back up through those energetic cords. Slowly drawing it back up through the layers of soil. Drawing it up into the soles of your feet continuing to draw that up through your body. This loving, Nurturing energy. Vitalizes your body. Grounded presence. Making its way all the way through your body up until the crown of your head. From the crown of your head, Your energy extends upwards. As if it's reaching all the way up into the cosmos. Feeling universal life force energy. This energy that runs through all of existence. And is pure. Revitalized. Luminescent energy begins to pour back down through the crown of your head. All the way through your body. Energizing harmonizing. Balancing. Your energy as it moves through your entire body. And then drawing your attention. Into your heart space. The sacred center. This space where these energies begin to merge together. Your sacred heart space acting as a bridge between heaven and earth. Sensing and feeling the energy here. The energy of your true essence. From this space Recall upon your higher self. Your higher self not as something external to you. But your higher self. As the living embodiment of your true essence. As it resides within your heart. The sacred nature of who you truly are. The purity of who you are. The highest and truest expression of who you are. Sensing and feeling this presence within you. Sensing and feeling the subtle energies of your true essence. Allowing yourself to breathe in this space. To invite this life force energy. To expand your true essence. To hold the presence of your true essence. We call upon your spirit guides. To be here with you. Taking a few moments. To feel this presence. Feel their loving energy surrounding you. And holding you. You sensing and feeling this presence your higher self, Your true essence as something that is living through you. Ever present. Resting here in the sacredness of your heart. And taking a few moments now as you connect with your higher self. And your spirit guides. Setting the intention. To open. To their guidance. To their wisdom. To their insides.
