Attune To Alignment Of Christ Consciousness

Being in a physical body can be challenging to say the least. Awakening and Resonating to our TRUTH is a process of acclimating to our God Self or Christ Consciousness. This is a simple breathing meditation accepting and receiving God's Love or the Truth that we are.

This meditation is designed to attune you to the alignment of Christ consciousness or unconditional love. It is adapted from the way of mastery. Christ consciousness is the highest truth of who you are. Aligning to it can be uncomfortable in a human condition. This exercise is to allow ego consciousness to move out of the way so the body can frequent at a higher resonance. This allows your God-Self to be present as peace and love flow through every cell of your being. Become aware now of the simple movement of your own breathing, Inhaling and exhaling. While you hold the thought, I allow this breath to move more deeply and slowly. As you are beginning to feel the sense of relaxation, Even more deeply with each breath, Hold the thought. As Christ consciousness, In perfect safety, I release all tension. As Christ consciousness, In perfect safety, I dissolve my mind in the perfect peace of God. Focus on your breath. As your breath comes to fill the body, Gently, Merely say, As you breathe in, I accept. And as you breathe out, The love of God. And again, As your breath enters your body, I accept. The love of God as your breath leaves the body. Continue in this manner. I accept the love of God. I accept the love of God. Continue to breathe in and out in this manner. I accept the love of God. I accept the love of God. Allow the words to permeate through every cell of your body, Knowing that you are worthy, That there is no such thing as unworthiness. I accept the love of God. I accept the love of God. Whatever comes up in your egoic mind, Acknowledge it and release it, And return to our simple practice, Breathing in. I accept, Breathing out, The love of God. I accept the love of God. Continue to breathe in and out. Allow this prayer to transform into energy. You might perceive it as a golden white light. You might feel it as a gentle flow of relaxation. Whatever works for you is fine. And continue to breathe in and out. In and out. Breathe in a beautiful golden light. I accept. And breathe out that golden light, The love of God. As if this energy were extending like a gentle breeze beyond the boundaries of the body. Continue to choose to abide in this restful contemplation, Releasing every other thought that may come in. I accept the love of God. Allowing the color to gently move through every cell of your body, Raising the body's frequency. I accept the love of God. As we do this, Memorize this mantra. As Christ consciousness, I have celebrated in the manner the truth of who I am. And I bring peace to the world this day. I accept the love of God. As Christ consciousness, I have celebrated in this manner the truth of who I am. And I bring peace to the world this day. Extend your light, Extend your breath outside the body as you imagine engulfing the planet Earth. I accept the love of God. And I bring peace to the world this day. At the end of this day, I have brought peace to the world and offered it to my companions and to the planet. Breathe in. I accept. Breathe out the love of God. I extend this truth of who I am and who you are. And I bring peace to the world this day. I am in full appreciation as I have brought peace and harmony to the world and offered it to my companions this day. Continue with this meditation for the next 30 days and allow the frequencies to resonate the Christ consciousness through every cell of the body as you extend it to others and to the world. Namaste.
