Thank you for taking time out for you,
Taking time to fill your cup,
So that you can bring your whole self,
Your bright self,
Your shiny self,
To the world.
This is a time to relax the body,
Let go of the mind,
Let your spirit fly,
And open your heart.
Do your best to be fully present,
Leaving all worries at the door,
Letting the body relax fully,
Sinking into the earth,
The earth will support you fully,
Letting your toes and feet relax,
Your calves and shins relax and let go,
Thighs and hamstrings relaxing and letting go,
Buttocks,
Pelvis letting go,
Belly soft and supple,
Rising with each inhale,
Falling back towards the spine with each exhale,
Chest,
Upper back,
Neck soft and supple,
Relaxed and letting go,
Letting your eyes fall back into their sockets,
Forehead smooth,
If you find any places still holding tension,
Invite them once again to relax and let go,
Continuing to allow your breath to be easeful,
Gentle,
Slow and smooth,
Mind here fully present.
