Welcome to Be With Melinda.

Today we'll be tapping into our own inner peace.

So settle your body in a position that feels natural.

Let your eyes close or soften.

Allow the breath to settle without forcing it.

Take a slow breath in,

And a long breath out.

Inhale peace,

Exhale release.

Let the breath feel unhurried.

Again,

Inhale peace,

Exhale release.

Feel peace moving in through the inhale.

A soft,

Steadying presence.

Feel release moving out with the exhale.

A gentle letting go.

Stay with this rhythm.

Inhale peace,

Exhale release.

If thoughts arise,

Let them pass like clouds drifting across an open sky.

No judgment,

No attachment.

Then return to the breath.

Inhale peace,

Exhale release.

If emotions come forward,

Meet them with kindness and let them move the same way.

Drifting,

Passing,

Softening.

Then return to the breath.

Inhale peace,

Exhale release.

If the body asks for attention,

Like a small adjustment or an itch,

Respond naturally and come back to the rhythm.

Inhale peace,

Exhale release.

Feel your mind slowing.

Feel your muscles softening.

Feel the space inside you widening breath by breath.

You are creating peaceful presence.

So continue.

Inhale peace,

Exhale release.

No pressure,

No striving,

Just arriving breath by breath.

Take a deeper breath in and feel that peace expanding through your body.

Let a full breath out.

Release flowing away.

One more time.

Inhale peace,

Exhale release.

Rest in the quiet that follows the peaceful presence shaped from within.
