Welcome to my podcast,
Embody you.
This is episode 2.
My name is Erika.
In this episode,
We will continue our series with powerful I am statements.
Affirmations are powerful.
However,
I am statements make you stronger,
More confident,
And ready for a productive day.
Let's discuss what I am statements are.
I am statements are phrases that start with I am and are used to describe your identity,
Feelings,
Beliefs,
Or intentions.
They can shape how you think about yourself and communicate with others.
I am statements allow you to connect with not only yourself,
But also allow you to connect with others because they will truly start to see your glow within and your confidence from without.
Who are you?
What's your passion?
What's your purpose?
These are two very important questions to ask yourself in living life day to day.
When setting out intentions for the day.
We have clear sight and vision of our goals throughout the day.
I not only suffer from bipolar,
But I have also suffered from depression.
I have noticed with IM statements,
I am stronger and I am healing my body.
Even if I say them silently or out loud,
I have seen a clear healing in my depression and wanted to share a few with you to start your day.
I encourage you to write out some of these down or save this podcast as there will be quite a few,
But not so many where you may be overwhelmed on account of 10,
Nine,
Eight.
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Zero.
We will begin our I am statements.
Let's breathe in.
And exhale out slowly.
As we prepare to immerse in your true authentic self and regain confidence and happiness in our lives.
Let's start with I am and then your name.
I am.
Think of what this means to you.
In 5,
4,
3,
2,
1,
We will begin our I am statements.
I am beautiful.
I am focused.
I am happy.
I am home.
I am complete.
I am one with the universe.
I am connected with myself.
I am full.
I am confidence.
I am slimmer.
I am sitting taller.
I am healed.
I am one with nature.
I am stronger.
I am relaxed.
I am a celestial being.
I am satisfied.
I am clear of my goals and intentions.
I am disciplined.
I am a healer.
I am energetic.
I am blessed.
I am inspirational.
I am who I am.
Continue to breathe in.
And slowly exhale out.
Practice your I am statements throughout the day.
And really focus on those goals and intentions.
I find that when I write them down and then say them.
They're even more powerful.
You are who you are male or female you are a beautiful spirit and a celestial being You are one with the universe.
I will leave you with a few minutes to write down some of your own I am statements.
It may be a little difficult at first.
But over time you will be able to create your own IAM statements.
I hope you have a blessed day.
Namaste Here we go.
