Establishing Deeper Union With The Eternal Mother And Father

Welcoming and forgiving your earth parents by taking time to feel it all within the heart. Embracing all feelings, and dissolving them into spaciousness. Meeting the eternal mother and father, releasing earthly expectations of our caregivers, and connecting to universal forces of love through the inner child. A powerful meditation to harnessing inner power.

We are now entering the second gate of the heart. Again arrive, Get comfortable and allow yourself to enjoy some nice deep breaths to arrive. This gate is the gate where we go into meeting our parents, Meeting our caregivers. Perhaps they were super present in our life or maybe they were absent. So remembering this inner child that you worked with in the first gate, Allow that child to open this gate with a key. The deep, Deep journey begins and welcoming the essence of your parents, Mother, Father. Allow your heart to feel as we begin now first of all with father, Father. Whether your father was present or absent, Loving or sometimes very hard to be around, Whatever the experience of your sweet inner child heart is or was with your father, Allow that to gently be felt and to be seen. What did you need from your father that you couldn't get from him? What did you want to hear from him? What could he give you? Deep breaths, You're welcome to sigh if you need to at any moment. What is your heart's memory, Sensation when you bring up your father's image, Memory or absent memory right now? If there are tears, Welcome them. If there is any anger, All emotions are welcome. Gently breathe with whatever is arising right now. Breathing into everything and anything. If there is joy, If there is guilt, If there is gratitude, Whatever it is right now, Feeling the sensations of your heart, Stay with the heart, Stay with the sensations regardless of memories, Images, Sensation of the heart in this present moment. Continue to deepen in what you're feeling in the heart. And if there's anything you could tell your father, If there's anything you could share with him right now, Whisper that to the heart. Whisper that to your father. And if it feels good to share gratitude or prayer towards your father, Do that. Whatever you feel right now to come deeper to connection with your own heart. As we slowly turn our awareness now to our mother. Calling in the memory, The sensation of your mother whether she's present or absent. And allow the heart to feel its feelings towards mother. And all the layers of the heart that respond when you feel your mother. And again breathing through the layers of sensation. If there are any emotions, Sadness, Anger, Tears, Guilt, Frustration, Beauty, Joy, Gratitude, Whatever it is, Just breathe through it. Nothing to do, Just lean in and so softly and gently breathe with everything that arises. Allow any sigh to maybe also release any tension in the heart layer. Anything you wished you'd heard from your mother. Anything you needed as a child from your mother. The babs you don't get, Allow yourself to feel that. Or even any gratitude you have. Welcome it all into the space. Bringing the awareness to the heart, To your actual heart. Breathing into the heart, Feeling the sensations of heart. And if there's anything you wish to say to your mother right now, Whisper it. If there's a prayer, If there's gratitude, Whatever it is that allows you to feel more connected to your heart, Take some time for that. Deep breath. Coming into a place where the mother and the father inside of your heart dissolve. Dissolving into time and space. Realizing the powerful gift of life that they have gifted you with. And also allowing them for a moment to dissolve in time and space. Until your heart becomes deeply spacious. They will always live in your blood, In your DNA, In your deep memories. And as we go deeper into the heart, We realize that there is a divine mother-father. There is the eternal mother and an eternal father, Which are also the parents of your parents. And allow yourself to feel the incredible love of the divine mother-father, Eternal mother-father. Whatever your experience was, Is or has been with your parents, It is divinely perfect. And it is time to let any stories of pain dissolve. Any blame dissolve. Or also any attachment to how good it is dissolve. Any attachment to any story dissolve. Until you are a child, A divine child, Held deeply by this earth and by the cosmos. You always were loved, You've always been loved, You always will be. The heart is yet just on a journey. It's on a journey through the stars, Through time and space, Incarnated here on earth. An adventure of the soul, Birthed by the eternal mother-father. And now for a moment, Feel if your inner child can accept and receive this reality. Again, Feel into the heart. Stories, Give it all up. Feel like this child is returning home to the eternal infinite time and space. Deep, Deep belonging. Held by earth, Held by cosmos. You are so worthy of this love. You are so worthy of that. And if there's anywhere in your heart right now that doesn't feel you are worthy, Beloved, Breathe into that part and hold yourself so deeply. You are so worthy. Whisper that to yourself. I am so worthy of this love. I am so worthy. I am truly worthy of this love. Whisper it, Whisper it. Say it over and over again. Say it over and over again. And allow that all, All of that to be felt. Maybe you wish to bring a hand onto your heart to really feel that, To really bring that home. So your invitation after this meditation is to remember how loved you are by the divine mother father. To feel so held, So safe and protected again and again and again. And to release your earthly mother father from any responsibility to give you that love. Allow the divine mother father to be the ones to give you that from deep inside. Free your heart. Open deeper. Gentle. Vibrating at the gate. Continue to feel for a few more minutes this deep sense of being held. Being held by the universal love of the universal parents. And slowly bringing this journey to a completion for now. If you wish to continue to journey with this, Please do so. And remember to continue to allow this sensation to grow over the day, Over the night. You can repeat it. Perhaps you wish to write a letter. If there's anything you wish to complete in the theme of parents, Write it down. Write it down as if you're writing a letter to your parents. And then perhaps burn it, Or bury it, Or give it to the ocean. Whatever it is, Free yourself. And really come home to the deeper love within.
