This is an entry from my own journal. I was particularly grateful for my body that day. I expressed deep gratitude for all aspects of my body. You can repeat this affirmation of gratitude and find peace in knowing that you're blessed to have a body.

Gratitude.

Today,

I am grateful for my body.

I listen to my body.

I am aware of my body.

I love my body.

Today,

I will show up for myself.

I will show others that it's okay to show up for themselves.

I will not shrink myself or dim my light because I know that if I were to dim my light that I wouldn't be helping myself nor anyone else for that matter.

It is my responsibility to show up in my authentic energy because someone out there is going to need to see me be me.

I will help my body heal when it needs to heal in areas that need to be healed.

I will get sunlight and I will ground myself.

I will have pure intentions today.

My body is sore right now,

But it's okay.

I'm grateful for my body because my body is strong right now.

I reclaim my powers of healing and strength.

I am divine.

I am beautiful.

I am strong.

There is nothing that I can't grow through because I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am capable.

I have the power.

I am blessed.
