Loving and accepting yourself.

Hello there beautiful soul.

Sit with me.

Allow your body to slowly surrender.

Relax your tongue.

Feel your face drop.

Take a deep breath from your nose down to your stomach.

Allowing it to completely fill you.

And upon exhale completely release all the breath until you feel your body slightly move forward.

Breathe with me now.

Inhale through the nose and in and one more.

Be with me completely in this moment.

When was the last time you did something for yourself?

When was the last time you looked at yourself in the mirror and thought I am just the most precious gift of this earth?

When was the last time you held yourself and said these loving words I am beautiful.

I am here for you.

I love you.

When was the last time you felt worthy of speaking your truth?

That you are worthy enough to stand your ground.

When did you lose sight of your worthiness to receive love?

When did the heaviness of the world pierce through your heart?

When did it become a chase to find that very feeling of being cherished?

When did someone tell you that you are beautiful and you believe them deep in your heart in this moment?

Breathe.

Repeat these words with me.

In the darkest days.

In your lonely nights.

I love you.

In the adversity.

I lose my mind.

I still love you in everything.

I am here.

I accept my destiny.

I accept me.
