Welcome to your Lunar Eclipse Virgo Full Moon.
This gentle guided meditation will help you release anything that is coming up for you.
Anything you wish to let go of,
No matter how big or small.
The act of surrendering and sending the attention into the cosmos is all you need.
So I would invite you now to get a nice cushion to sit on,
Some crystals you would like to work with.
Maybe any sage or palo santo,
Or simply just yourself,
That is perfect too.
And just making sure your seated bones are nice and grounded underneath.
Bringing your shoulders up towards your ears,
And then just back down.
Just softening out the body,
Perhaps moving in any way that feels good for you.
We gently take a nice deep inhalation,
Expanding the belly,
The ribcage,
Into your heart.
And breathing on the way out.
And taking a nice,
Another deep breath in.
Expanding the belly,
The ribcage,
Your heart.
And breathing out.
And we'll do one more round together,
Before you go at your own pace.
So breathing in nice and deeply.
In the air,
Fill your tummy.
Expanding your ribcage,
Into your heart.
And breathing out.
And tonight,
When you listen to this meditation,
Or in the morning,
Whenever feels right for you.
We're working with the earth energy of Virgo.
The south node,
Pisces season,
The water element that we are in,
Being its north node.
So we find ourselves conflicted,
Being grounded,
In control,
And making everything sure it's right with the north node.
While the Pisces season is calling for our creativity,
Spirituality,
Connection to the other realms.
So we might find ourselves feeling conflicted between these two polarizing sides.
And that's okay.
So to combine both these elements,
I invite you now,
Just to visualize yourself in a beautiful meadow.
The green grass beneath your bare feet.
Feeling yourself grounding with every step,
Connecting to earth,
To mother nature,
And all that she gives us.
Noticing the beautiful oak trees,
The willow trees surrounding us.
Swaying gently in the evening sky,
The evening breeze.
Feeling it touch your skin,
And feeling your connection to something higher than just yourself.
And as you take a walk in this meadow,
Towards the beautiful lake in front of you.
Noticing the full moon sky,
Illuminating your path,
Shining bright and guiding you.
Guiding you with her wisdom.
Perhaps there are beautiful little stars in the sky,
Shining bright,
Knowing that you're no longer alone.
And as you take in your surroundings,
Feeling more connected to nature.
You meet the entrance of the lake.
Perhaps it's bordered with beautiful pebbles or rocks,
Soil and plants.
Expansive and full of beautiful light.
The light that is reflected from the full moon.
And you can hear its gentle waves,
Its gentle movements.
Just crashing ever so slightly against those rocks.
And perhaps you take a seat beside the lake.
Perhaps you want to dip your feet in,
Connecting to that water.
And as you get comfortable,
You notice there is some pen and paper next to you.
This pen and paper is just for you.
To release,
To write what is no longer serving.
What is no longer needed.
So you take your time just jotting down a few different things.
No more than three is needed.
Perhaps it's emotions.
Perhaps it's thoughts.
Whatever it is for you,
Just jot these down as you follow your breath.
Following your breath is your guiding point here.
And once you've written down what you would like to release.
We're working with the element of water.
So you can send this paper or papers,
Whatever you decided to work with.
And place them in the lake.
Perhaps giving them a little twirl,
So they're merging one with the water.
As you do this,
You watch them disintegrate into the water and float away.
As do what you're letting go of.
Just watching them just float away under that full moon sky.
Knowing and trusting that it's no longer serving you.
No longer needed.
As you take time just to connect to yourself.
Enjoying the feeling of being in nature.
Of letting go and being still.
Trusting that the release is happening.
And when you're ready,
You can gently get up from being by the lake.
Under that full moon sky.
And gently begin to make your way back through the grass of this meadow.
Grounding with every step of that nature under your feet,
The soil and the grass.
Until you reach your physical body.
And just connecting to your physical body,
To your breath.
To the room temperature,
The sounds.
Trusting what you've let go of has been released and heard.
The cosmos have heard your whispers of letting go.
So just trust yourself now,
Back in your physical body,
In your room.
That all is well.
And whenever you're ready,
Just gently opening your eyes.
And wishing you a beautiful,
Blessed full moon.
Thank you.
