We're going to take five minutes and I'm going to offer you Reiki healing energy. But at the same time, We're going to work together with our intention and our shared focus to clear away everything in your aura around you that no longer serves you. We're going to clear that out and we're going to shore up and strengthen your energetic boundaries so that you can maintain your higher vibration and go out in the world and not be affected by all that chaos. Are you ready? Let's go. Frequencies of Reiki energy, Take a deep breath. And as you exhale, Intend to be with me here now. Feel your feet on the ground. Wiggle those toes. Connect to the Earth's energy. Or doing that through your intention. You can say something like, I now connect to the energy of the earth. Who supports. All of my energy. And wholeness. And in totality. I am stronger. And I am protected. When I am grounded. And I am. Now bring your attention to your heart center. Taking a breath. And as you exhale, I want you to imagine a light coming from your heart. Emanating outward. So brilliant and bright. That like fills your aura, Pushing everything out from your aura. That no longer serves you, That you don't need right now. That is memories, Thoughts, Entanglements. Other energies emotions. Anything and everything that you don't need. Another breath in, Another exhale out. Moving all of those energies outside. Your auric field. Let us intend that they be healed by this light. We don't need to know how or when. They're just not your issue anymore. You've carried it long enough. Look at your body with your inner eye. Look at your light. Look at your auric field, Clean and clear. And you can repeat after me. My body and energy field are clean and clear. I now choose to raise my vibration to the highest possible. Level and frequency that I can hold. Inform and feel. I am a being of life. I am sovereign in my energy. And my boundaries are strong. I am free. To be myself. I'm free to choose. I'm free to say no when it feels appropriate for me. I am strong. I am sovereign. And my field is my own. That can move about the world. Safe and protected. It is so. It's that easy.
