Good morning beautiful soul Welcome to a new day You may be still laying down on bed Or sitting up straight Let's just take a good Juicy stretch of our arms Maybe swing side to side Do something your body is asking you to do Then we slowly take a deep breath in So let's do it together Let's do one more And with this sigh we will release everything That is no longer serves us anymore Everything from last night From the past day Let's do it slowly together From our nose And sigh it out Isn't it so good to be alive And to be able to take a deep breath in And in this beautiful moment That we are cultivated together I would like to ask you a simple question What is the first thing That you do when you wake up in the morning?

What is something That you do that brings you joy Happiness Fills up your cup Your energy levels And at the same time Give you peace And calm Just think about it For a couple of minutes You can also write this down And then the answer will come up Oh Mei,

You already have this beautiful morning What a routine or a ritual That is truly just for you That serves your heart And it's not for anyone else In the present moment You are breathing deeply You are loving Like you do right now For example Every single morning when I open my eyes I say Good morning gorgeous With a smile on my face You may do the same Or create just something Something else that you love So with that being said Let's take one more Deep breath in together Because those few moments A few minutes That we designate to ourselves and our well-being They truly set your whole day up They do And you can feel and see the changes Throughout your day Believe me And one last deep breath in together With a gentle smile on your face And I'm going to say something That I repeat to myself every single morning I love this day Myself And I love this life And I give myself a hug And a good squeeze And I'm being beyond grateful For you being here For breathing with me For listening For taking this precious time For your own self And your well-being So thank you so so much Wishing you the most wonderful day ahead Sending you so much love and light Namaste my beautiful soul
