Piano with a string ensemble opens the song. The feel of waves at sunset. A flute enters with a melody that captures the "romance" of the evening. An oboe and English horn enter, describing that "butterflies in the stomach" feeling of longing. At the break, you will hear Mariachi trumpets in the background, as if playing somewhere else in the restaurant, and the bridge a moment later combines all of these features into a crescendo that rolls the song up, and then relaxes back down to the original sound of waves and water.
