Pneuma - (The Breath)
Pneûma; πνεῦμα: The Breath Pneûma means "breath," "wind," or "spirit," referring to the invisible force. Air, Life's vital principle. The inner self. The divine Holy Spirit. These are all pneûma. We breathe in. This is life. We breathe out. This is death. And the cycle repeats. And if we pay close attention, we will notice that when we breathe in, there is a space at the top of the breath. Nothing. Not life or death. The same goes for the bottom of the breath. When you breathe, concentrate on these areas. This is where the magic can be found.
