In this little session you can reduce your stress level in just the length of a song.
You will reconnect to your body through breathing,
Making sounds and most importantly through paying attention to the vibrations these sounds create in your body.
So if you are ready,
Close your eyes,
Take a very deep breath in and make with me a feel the vibration in your throat.
Breathe in fully and make a long relax your whole face and stay attentive to the inside of your throat.
While making the sound relax your whole body.
And also feel how your jaw is vibrating.
And now we change to an ah sound.
While you make the sound drop your jaw and feel the vibrations in your chest.
Drop your shoulders while you do the sound.
And breathe in as much as possible.
And become louder and create more vibrations in your chest.
Always breathe in fully.
And feel inside your chest how does it feel in here.
And now we change to an oh sound with an open and round mouth.
And feel your diaphragm between your chest and your belly vibrating inside of your body.
And breathe down into the direction of your belly.
And always breathe in as much as you can between the tones.
And now become even louder and create more vibrations in the diaphragm area.
Really feel your diaphragm vibrating.
And now we change to an ooh sound.
Breathe downwards and feel your belly.
And while you do the sound now feel your pelvis.
And relax your whole body while you do the sound.
And feel your legs and your hips.
And relax your whole body while you do the sound.
Just keep on breathing and feeling.
While you breathe out you let go all the tension in your body.
While you breathe out you let your body become even heavier.
And now feel into your body.
And take just one sensation inside of your body right now.
And just pick the one that is the strongest sensation inside your body.
It can be a nice sensation,
It can be a little pain.
Whatever,
Your body decides where it wants your attention.
And see what's happening if you just stay there at this sensation.
No matter what it is.
And see if it changes just by feeling it,
Allowing it,
Giving it the attention it needs right now.
When you breathe out you let go and you become heavier.
Breathe a bit more.
And now feel your whole body from your feet to your head all at once.
Feel how long it is,
How it feels on the inside and the outside.
Thank your body for doing all the work to keep you alive.
