Hello,
Beautiful.
I'm so glad you're here.
As the seasons begin to change,
The days may grow shorter,
The air a little cooler,
And the evenings a little darker.
And sometimes as the world around us changes.
We notice changes within ourselves too.
Perhaps you've been feeling a little quieter lately.
A little more tired.
Maybe you've been experiencing moments.
Of sadness,
Loneliness.
Or uncertainty.
If that is where you find yourself today,
I want you to know something.
You don't have to change how you're feeling right now.
You don't have to force yourself to be happy.
You don't have to pretend everything is okay.
You are allowed to feel your feelings.
You are allowed to slow down.
You're allowed to simply be.
If it feels comfortable.
Gently close your eyes.
Or soften your gaze.
Take a slow,
Gentle breath in.
And a slow breath out.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Relax your jaw.
And notice the support beneath you.
There is nowhere else you need to be in this moment.
Nothing you need to accomplish.
Just this breath.
Just this moment.
Just you.
Now imagine yourself standing beneath a beautiful tree.
Perhaps the leaves are changing colors.
Perhaps some have already fallen to the ground.
The branches may look different from how they appeared during the warmth of summer.
And yet the tree remains.
Its roots continue reaching into the earth.
Its branches continue stretching toward the sky.
It does not judge itself for losing its leaves.
It does not rush to bloom before it's time.
It simply moves through its seasons.
And perhaps beautiful soul.
You can offer yourself that same compassion.
You,
Too,
Experience seasons.
Seasons of growth.
Seasons of joy.
Seasons of uncertainty.
Seasons of Rest.
And seasons when simply getting through the day?
Feels like enough.
Every season of your life deserves kindness.
Even the difficult ones.
Now imagine a gentle warmth beginning to surround you.
Just a soft,
Comforting glow.
Like the first rays of morning sunshine entering a quiet room.
Allow yourself to imagine that warmth.
Resting gently over your shoulders.
Let it touch your heart.
Let it surround your heart.
Offering comfort exactly where you are.
The seasons may change.
But the light within me always remains.
Even when the skies are gray,
The sun has not disappeared.
Even when the days are shorter,
The possibility of light remains.
Even when you feel disconnected from your own joy.
You can begin reconnecting with yourself.
Through small moments of kindness.
A warm cup of tea.
A comforting blanket.
A gentle walk outside.
A conversation with someone you love.
A moment of stillness.
Or simply allowing yourself to rest.
To sleep.
Sometimes one small moment of comfort.
Is enough.
Gently place a hand over your heart.
Feel the warmth of your own touch.
And allow these affirmations to become gentle invitations.
Simply listen and receive whatever feels meaningful to you.
I honor the season I'm in.
I allow myself to feel without judgment.
I am worthy of kindness,
Especially on difficult days.
I give myself permission to slow down.
I welcome moments of comfort into my life.
I can reach for a connection when I feel alone.
I am gentle with myself as I navigate change.
Rest is a meaningful part of my journey.
I can find beauty in small,
Ordinary moments.
I am deserving of warmth,
Love,
And compassion.
And even when my light feels distant.
I can reconnect with it.
One gentle moment at a time.
The seasons may change,
But the light within me remains.
Take another gentle breath.
And slowly.
Release it.
As we begin to close this time together.
I invite you to consider one small act of kindness you can offer yourself today.
Perhaps it is stepping outside to feel the fresh air.
Perhaps it is reaching out to a friend.
Perhaps it is creating a cozy space where you can rest.
Or perhaps it is simply reminding yourself that you are doing the best you can with what today has brought you.
Whatever you choose.
Let it come from compassion and love for yourself.
Beautiful soul.
Thank you for sharing these moments with me.
May you move through this season with patience.
May you find comfort in the little things.
May you remember that you do not have to navigate difficult moments alone.
And wherever life finds you today.
The seasons may change,
But the light within you always remains.
Take that gentle reminder with you.
One breath.
One moment.
One season at a time.
Sending you all my love and gratitude.
Namaste.
