請你找一個舒適和寧靜的地方坐下或躺下閉上雙眼放鬆身體感覺一下身體上有沒有什麼緊繃或痛的地方將肌肉放鬆現在請你用呼吸來放鬆身體慢慢吸氣慢慢呼氣慢慢吸氣慢慢呼氣現在你將你的注意力集中在你的呼吸中感受一下一呼一吸帶給你身體的感覺請你將你的意識帶回你的身體留意一下有沒有什麼位置特別緊做到幾次呼吸在繃緊的位置盡量放鬆慢慢吸氣慢慢呼氣現在將我們的意識帶到我們的腳上由兩邊的腳趾開始腳跟小腿膝蓋大腿Head Flexor盆骨周圍的位置慢慢吸氣慢慢呼氣接著將我們的意識帶到下背部位置我們的腰部肚臍的位置現在再感覺一下我們胸口的位置兩邊的肋骨背部兩邊的肩膀手臂手肘兩隻手的手腕手掌十隻手指現在將你的注意力帶到我們的頸部我們的面部頭頂接著下來你完完全全放鬆在這個寧靜的環境好好休息慢慢動一下你的手指腳趾動一下雙手雙腳將你的注意力帶回來祝願你一個感恩快樂的日子謝謝再見感恩快樂的一天
