Manipura Soundbath

Here's a short solar plexus chakra activation. Like a bonfire in the night, this meditation combines real elements of nature, a crystal singing bowl in E 432Hz, ambient elements, and gentle vocals. If you want you can imagine a spinning sun or spinning chakra symbol rotating clockwise as you would look at a clock in front of you. Or a fire slowly igniting in your solar plexus. You can also mentally or vocally repeat the mantra 'Uuuu', (U as pronounced in moose ) with each outbreath. You can do whatever feels good for you. Hope you enjoy.
