Peace is not passive, peace is not free, peace is a practice and it's up to me. It takes great strength to care for the fire in your heart. It takes great strength to care for the fire in your heart. These fires have to capacity to destroy our lives and our world if we do not stop to look deeply with understanding and radical care to embrace this pain and envision a new world beyond the politics of right or wrong, a world of kinship and reverence for all living beings.
