Sometimes love is all around us but we just can't let it in. Fear can overwhelm our sacred hearts and though all we want is to connect deeply to the world around us we can feel like a sailboat lost at sea, lonely and scared. Trusting the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh we first need to re-connect to ourselves in the present moment, breathe + hold our hurting hearts. May these sounds help you to touch the experience of loneliness so you can crack open and let love in.

I totally get it, loneliness can be tough sometimes. When it comes to meditation for loneliness, there are a few techniques you can try. One is a loving-kindness meditation, where you focus on sending love and well-wishes to yourself and others. Another is a mindfulness meditation, where you observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Both can help cultivate a sense of connection and inner peace. Give them a try and see if they bring you some comfort. Remember, you're never alone, and you cans solve it. Thank you for the somg so much love you
