Welcome,

My name is Kari and I am honoured to guide you through this meditation for positivity and radiance today.

During this time allow yourself to completely relax,

Let the music and my voice flow over you,

Knowing that you are safe and supported.

Begin to settle into the most comfortable position for you,

Resting your hands gently in your lap or by your side,

Really enjoying the feeling of settling into where you are.

And now if it feels right and comfortable for you,

Just closing the eyes or inviting a soft gaze through your eyelashes.

Settle into the sensations of where your body touches the surfaces that are providing support,

Enjoying the feeling of this contact,

Softening into this spacious moment,

Allowing gravity to hold you.

Allowing the senses to open to the environment and sounds around you,

Noticing the gentle flow of air through your nostrils,

Noticing how the air feels in your nose,

If it's cooling or maybe warm,

And when you breathe out,

Does the temperature of the air change?

Noticing the flow of the breath and where it lands,

The gentle rise and fall of your belly and chest.

If your mind becomes distracted with thoughts,

Simply imagine a volume dial next to you and in your mind's eye,

Turn the volume down a little,

Or imagine the thoughts as clouds gently drifting away.

If there's anything important to remember,

It will come back to you.

Just take a moment to feel into your centre,

Enjoying the feeling of stillness within you.

Now we are going to take our attention around the body,

Noticing the natural aliveness in each area,

Inviting a sensation of warmth,

Happiness and contentment to flow in gently and effortlessly.

Taking our awareness to the feet,

Feeling any sensations in the feet,

Imagining a golden glow in your feet,

Gently warming all ten toes,

The soles of both feet.

Now this beautiful golden energising glow moves into your legs,

Your calves and shins and up to your knees and thighs,

Easing any tension,

Letting it flow away.

Taking our attention to the hips,

Buttocks and pelvic area,

Feeling the radiant light warming this area of your body.

Radiant light and positivity now flows through your belly and lower back,

Wrapping your body in such positivity and warmth,

Easing your whole digestive tract,

The muscles and ligaments feeling warm and energised.

Feeling this flow of positivity,

Happiness and ease flowing into all your essential organs now,

Feeling such gratitude for all they do unconsciously to keep us feeling good,

To feeling truly alive.

Feeling in your heart space now,

Really feeling into the power of the heart to love,

To feel,

To charge every part of your amazing body.

Now if it feels good to you,

Imagine a small glowing golden light in your heart space,

A light that is filled with goodness,

Strength and possibility.

Notice how with each breath this light gently grows brighter,

Infusing and renewing every cell of your body with golden,

Radiant light.

This positivity and warmth flows up into the shoulder and down the arms,

Like a gentle current of energy that heals and releases as it fills each cell with light.

Breathing softly and deeply,

Feeling so good this light filled warmth stretches and flows up into the neck,

Releasing tension from the jaw and face,

Clearing the mind,

Allowing a smile to form on your lips,

Enjoying that radiant light.

Now taking a moment to feel your whole body,

Becoming aware of your whole body,

Noticing how alive,

Energized and vibrant your whole self feels now.

If it feels good to do so,

Perhaps invite a positive intention for the rest of the day to come to mind.

I will give you a moment for that.

Bringing your attention now to the sensations of where your body meets the surface supporting you,

Becoming more aware of the environment around you,

Acknowledging yourself for taking time for you today,

Feeling thankful for the aliveness of your body and the radiance and positivity that shines around you,

Feeling the golden energy that surrounds you radiating from your core,

Gently moving the fingers and toes now.

Now take one more beautiful deep breath and when you feel ready,

Opening your eyes,

Allowing the eyes,

Mind and body to adjust slowly to the world immediately around you,

Taking a moment to appreciate how you are feeling right now.
