Morning Meditation Good morning friend.
This is your morning meditation.
A way for you to take in the calm of the morning energy before the rush of the day ahead begins.
Thank yourself for making the time to be here.
Find a comfortable posture,
Either sitting up or lying down,
Gently propped up in your bed.
And let's go inside.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale through your open mouth.
If it feels good to do,
You can gently say,
Haaaaaa,
As you exhale.
Again,
Take a deep breath in through the nose and lovingly exhale out through your mouth.
Once more.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Feel your body comfortable and relaxed.
Slowly shaking off the night sleep and waking up to the energy of this new day.
What lies ahead is yet to come.
You may have a busy day,
Jam-packed with to-dos,
Or the day may stretch out before you,
Full of potential and waiting to be filled with purpose and adventure.
Either way,
This time you've made for yourself,
To be with your body and mind in this gentle,
Loving and appreciative way will serve you well.
Let's take the next moments together to set your intentions for the day.
How would you like it to unfold before you?
I invite you to open up to a sense of possibility where we plant the seed of unconditional positive regard towards yourself.
For the morning is a perfect opportunity to begin again.
A chance to imprint in your mind the energy of clarity,
Enthusiasm,
And goodwill towards yourself and others.
Take a moment to think about the people in your life and your relationships with them.
Breathe in a sense of warm connection,
Filled with kindness towards your family and friends,

How are your relationships overall?
