This Mother’s Day Sound Bath is an invitation to reflect, remember, heal, and reconnect with the many expressions of mothering, on this day or anytime. We begin with a guided meditation before moving into immersive sound healing, original mantra-style music, ambient instrumentation, and a spacious musical journey for reflection, remembrance, and rest. This experience is for anyone wishing to honor their mother or ancestors, celebrate motherhood, process grief or complicated emotions, reconnect with gratitude and love, receive deep self-care, or learn to mother themselves more compassionately. Find a comfortable place to rest. Close your eyes and let the sounds wash over you. Allow thoughts, emotions, memories, and sensations to arise naturally. There is nothing to force and nowhere to get to. All of your experience is welcome here.
