I went to your humming ..regulating vagus nerve challenge this morning and was led here . The humming felt great ..yet I connected with this even more . I sang along with the beautiful mantras and it was easier for me than holding long notes on hums . I’ve been singing since I was a little child and sang in a blues and rock band on and off ..with my brother on guitar. This was so uplifting and I felt all tingly afterwards …I will listen for and speak my truth today .. and let it flow /blow through me . Ahhh . Ty!
