I found this mystical and surreal. Perfect for a brief meditation.

This was a great meditation. I made it to the cusp. That conscious unconsciousness. That sweet spot of no conscious thought for a time. I latched on to the steady state sound. My mind just rode on this while the other sounds freely came and went, truly just relaxing me, unnoticed but there. Like a self driving car on rails, I was just a passenger, no effort by me to keep me on the track. Corners came and went, I flowed with the vessel that I was part of. I LOVED the super long fade out. It allowed me time to return to my couch in my own time, and by the time it was fully out? I was fully back without a jolt. Loved this meditation. I will be returning to it. Thank you so much for sharing this. I’m in awe and relaxed. 💗🥰🙏🏻
