A guided talk-through affirmation practice to release judgement. Beginning with considering the effects of judgement, grounding into the body, gentle breathwork then moving on to the affirmations. Affirmations include: 'I choose to release all judgement towards others. Though I may feel tempted to engage in judgement towards others- I know deep down that this isn’t serving me. I would rather trade my judgement for connection and understanding.'
