Meditation Timer OnlineErin has been practicing yoga for well over 15 years. She is a certified TCTSY-F through the 300 hour Trauma Center - Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) program and a Registered Yoga Instructor with over 500 hours of training and experience (RYT 500). She has a BA in Psychology and is in pursuit of an MA in Integral Health with a concentration in Yoga Therapy. She is passionate about using the therapeutic qualities of yoga to foster a felt sense of stability and ease in her clients, facilitating genuine and lasting transformation. She can say with complete confidence that she has worked tirelessly to offer this from a place that is both empirically informed and experientially validated. This is her heart's work.
