Tresa found her yoga and meditation practice in 2012 while battling Lyme disease. Yoga and meditation became refuges in a body that was failing her. The practice of setting an intention and meditating on it through guided breathing and movement created a healing environment beyond what she knew she needed. Seven years after that first class, she felt a pull to deepen her practice with a 200 hour yoga teacher training where a seed for teaching was planted. She began to see the studio as a space where she could not only teach yoga and meditation, but create an environment where everyone could access their own ability to self-heal and find peace in their bodies. Tresa is an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 yoga teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance.
