Finding Beauty

Finding Beauty is a positive affirmation about finding beauty, that is part of a series of affirmations I felt as a stream of consciousness during my journey, this lifetime.

I created the script and did the voice over as well as creating the new age music. The music track is called "Glacier Sunrise", which I released a few years ago (and which can also be found on Insight Timer).

You know most people have a pretty good idea of what they consider beautiful. Now sometimes it's a little more challenging to find beauty in things that one wouldn't normally consider beautiful. But that can be a really interesting and fun challenge. I found that sometimes if I look at a scene with the idea of finding something beautiful about it, Well I usually can. Well sometimes I feel that finding beauty in things is even somewhat therapeutic. I believe that we have the power to not only create things that are beautiful, But also to create beauty in things that have already been created.
