In this episode, Rev. Adedamola (Titus Glenn) unchurches Galatians 6:9— “Let us not grow weary in well doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” We reframe this not as a pressure to perform, but as a reminder that healing takes time, and you’re allowed to rest while still moving forward. This is your permission to walk gently. To breathe deeper. To keep going—not in hustle, but in trust. The Daily Mantra for the Soul in this episode: “Keep on going.” Let this be your reset when you feel stuck, weary, or invisible in your progress. The full melodic affirmation track is available exclusively on Insight Timer—just search “Keep On Going

Welcome to Unchurching the podcast.

I am your host,

Titus Glenn,

A.

K.

A.

Rev Adedamola.

This is a sacred space to heal from religious trauma,

Release inherited fear and reconnect with your soul.

A space where you are free to tap into the God of your own understanding and allow your faith to evolve because your spirituality was never meant to be controlled.

It was meant to be lived,

Felt and owned.

Today's inspiration is rooted in Galatians 6 and 9.

Let us not grow weary in well-doing for in due season we shall reap if we faint not.

In religious spaces,

This verse was often used to pressure us.

Don't stop or you'll miss your blessing.

But when we unchurch this,

We hear a message of gentle endurance.

It's not about hustling harder or hiding your exhaustion.

It's about remembering that even when you're tired,

You're still worthy and you're still moving.

Due season doesn't mean perform more.

It means trust the timing.

It means your efforts,

Your prayers,

Your rest.

All of it counts.

So even if it's quiet,

Keep going.

The daily mantra for the soul is keep on going.

Say it when you're discouraged.

Say it when you're healing and nobody sees it.

Say it even when your progress feels invisible.

You don't have to push to prove anything,

But you do get to keep walking forward with trust.

So take a deep breath and repeat slowly.

Keep on going.

Keep on going.

Keep on going.

Let it move through the tension.

Let it remind you that stillness is not stuckness and rest is not quitting.

This is your moment to realign,

Not rush.

Thank you for listening to Unchurching the podcast.

This is part of the daily mantras for the soul series.

Short spirit led tools to help you ground,

Heal and rise one breath at a time.

And if today's mantra resonates,

The full melodic affirmation track for keep on going is available exclusively on Insight Timer.

Come back tomorrow for another word to walk with you.

And always remember,

You're not broken.

You are becoming and you don't need to sprint.

You just need to keep on going.
