Taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Softening or closing your eyes,
Allowing your body to be fully present with yourself.
As you inhale,
Feel your body soften.
As you exhale,
Feel your whole body come alive.
If there's any changes to your posture that you need to make so that you're more comfortable,

Feel waves of peace wash over your whole body.
As you exhale,
Feel any tension leaving your physical body.

See if you can trace the pattern of your breath as your breath moves through your whole body,
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Notice what it's like to breathe,
To bring spaciousness with ease.
If it feels comfortable,
Bring your hands to your physical body,
To your heart space,
Your stomach,
Your legs,
Wherever it feels inviting to touch.
If touch doesn't feel inviting or comfortable,
You can simply hover your hand a few inches above your skin.
Notice what it's like to have this connection.
Whether or not your body is touching itself,
You can still feel that connection even if there isn't physical touch.
These are the tendrils,
The roots of energetic connection.
You can feel your presence here.
Feel the roots between your hand and your body pulsing with your energetic signature as you inhale peace and exhale tension.
Feel the outer edges of your skin vibrating with your energetic signature.
On your next exhale,
Feel your energy expand just a few inches above your physical body.
Notice what it's like to have this spaciousness.
And on the inhale,
Feel your energy come back towards your skin like plastic wrap,
Feeling yourself enveloped in yourself.
Taking a deep breath in,

Allowing your energy to expand a little bit further from your body,
About a foot away from your physical form.
Feel how the intensity of your energy doesn't dissipate.
It's not diluted the further away from your body it goes.
It stays.
There's integrity in your energy.

Feel your energy expand even further to fill the entire room that you're in.

As if your auric field was being hosed down.

Coming back towards your skin like plastic wrap,

Again we expand your energy to fill the entirety of the room,
Feeling the strength of those tendrils and roots,
Feeling your auric field hosed down,
Purified,
Clean,
Feeling the strength and intensity of your energy within tension.
And on your inhale,
Allowing that energy to come back towards your skin.
Noticing what it's like to have expansion and contraction.
As we inhale peace and exhale tension,
Our bodies expanding and contracting just as life expands and contracts around us.
Feeling your breath move through your whole physical body,
From the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Seeing if you can trace the pattern of your breath as the oxygen nourishes every cell of your body.
Bringing your awareness to your hand and the space between your hand and your body,
Feeling those roots and tendrils,
The space between.
Coming back into your form,
