Hello.

Thank you for being here.

I'd like to welcome you to this beautiful,

Sacred,

Present moment that we are creating together right here,

Right now.

Let's take some time to slow down,

To relax into this moment now,

To open our minds and our hearts through presence,

Contemplation,

Mindfulness,

And breath.

I invite you where you're at to go ahead and gently lower your eyes as we set the intent to fully arrive here and now in this precious present moment.

At your own pace,

In your own way,

Take three deep breaths,

Allowing yourself to settle,

To relax.

I am now going to share a piece of writing with you about presence.

After,

We will take a little bit of time for contemplation before closing out our practice.

No need to worry about keeping track of time.

I'll take care of that for you.

And let us begin.

Rather than wrestling with the struggle of what do I do now?

What do I do next?

Or rather than focusing on trying to prepare all of these things to try to do the next right thing?

What if you just focused on presence?

Or let's take that a step further and drop the word focus,

Which leaves presence.

What if you simply just allowed for presence,

Grounded presence,

Nothing for you to do to arrive there.

Just be and just breathe.

Do you feel it?

Wow.

How freeing.

How simple.

Just be.

Just breathe.

Allow yourself to be,

To ease into it.

Ever so gently,

Ever so slowly,

Begin to to softly draw the awareness into the heart space.

Breathe here for a few moments.

Centering yourself.

There's no rush.

Enjoy this moment.

I invite you to take some time to contemplate.

Thanks.

I invite you now to take three deep breaths into your heart space.

Taking some gentle movement into your fingers,

Your toes,

At your own pace,

In your own way.

Take two more cleansing breaths.

When you feel ready,

You can open your eyes and bring your awareness back into the room.

As we prepare to close out our practice for today,

I'd like to leave you with these words.

From this place of heart centered awareness,

Allow yourself to be led moment to moment by what is arising within your heart to do.

Remembering the power of simple presence,

Trusting and knowing that you are led by sweet spirit every step of the way.
