This seated Qigong movement is designed to calm the body and naturally reset your breath. When the mind feels scattered or restless, trying to control thoughts or breathing can create more tension. Instead, this practice works through gentle movement first. As the body settles and the posture aligns, your breath begins to regulate and reset on its own. This is a guided practice that combines simple seated movement with a natural breath reset. There is no need to force your breathing. Just follow the movement and allow your body and breath to soften together. Inspired by the opening posture of traditional Qigong, this practice helps you return to a grounded, stable, and calm state.
